The bed was extremely comfortable, and the staff was lovely. It's been a few weeks, but the one girl's name was Sabrina and she was just sweet. She remembered me from a previous visit two months earlier. That's good Customer Service.

I have said this before. Y'all need to get an ice machine. The last time I was there one of the girls went into their breakfast room and got me a cup of ice for my drink. But you can't stay in an extended stay for one night and expect to make ice cubes. Have one machine in the building.

The likes that the room was large, comfortable and clean. The location had restaurants within walking distances which was convenient. The price was very good compared to other hotels at the same price I have stayed at previously. I would stay at this location again and recommend at this value.

Coffee and muffins are not much of a breakfast.

It was not Breakfast. It was coffee, tea/ hot chocolate, granola bars and muffins. The staff was warm, kind, professional, and respectful. Each person addressed all my issues and responded in a timely manner.

The general manager could have been more amicable, open minded, less airy, and humble

I like this place and the young man from Morocco that's there at night is the most exceptional indivisible either I have ever encountered he makes you want to keep coming back and spending your money there!

The one thing I did not like was that the young man that was at the desk was not in charge or a manager I would like that to change because he will be able to bring a great deal of professionalism knowledge and integrity to this hotel!

Location was convenient.

Room was very humid and should never have air fresheners. People with allergies or asthma are affected strongly by these It took me a while to locate it and dispose of it in the lobby but the odor lingered on.

SPACIOUS ROOM. CLEAN... WITHOUT COMPLAINT... 100% CLEAN. FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL STAFF QUIET. 2 DESKS (WORK AREAS) CABINETS PROVIDED LOTS OF STORAGE. FULL REFRIGERATOR, RANGE AND KUTCHEN SINK (IN ADDITION TO BATHROOM SINK) EXTREMELY SATISFIED AND AT A LOW COST YOELDING EXCELLENT VALUE!

A continental breakfast would be expected... But a buffet breakfast woukd be phenomenal... Even if the hot breakfast wad at adfitional cost... It woukd be nice to havebit available.

Breakfast is only muffins, instant oatmeal, granola bars and coffee plus hot water.

The property has some infrastructure issues like crumbling steps, but they are still usable.

Location and staff room size were perfect. Parking was good as well

They have a serious dog issue. Guess not cleaning up after their pets. Also suggest someone hired on staff to go around and clean up dog waste throughout property.... Would have raided higher

In order to get replacements you had to return everything you had to be replaced.

I liked the decor, the bed was comfy, it was clean, no pests. There's a lot of nice greenery around the hotel as well. It was quiet,despite being close to shops and restaurants. It's a nice break.
