Nice property ideally located on a county road near I95. Close to Baltimore and Philadelphia. Close to restaurants, gas stations and shopping. 1 hour away from mega outlets in Lancaster PA. Modern in outlook with comfy beds, tv with streaming channels, a good refrigerator and microwave in the room, simple breakfast fare, a restaurant and small bar, clean laundry facility and a business center and plenty free parking. Nice front desk personnel. Very nice coffee and hot water and tea station in the lobby. A suitable selection of snacks is available in the lobby store.

We extended our stay from 9/24 to 10/1. During that time we did get daily clean towels but no further attention was paid to the room. The beds were left as they were, no change of bedding was provided. Not much attention was paid to cleaning bathroom accoutrements. Also, please provide yoghurt choices at breakfast and fix your toaster machine.

The hotel in itself was amazing! Clean, friendly, and accommodating. The bar was great! The bartender Mrs. Val was top tier! She was personable, professional, and tended to my needs every time I visited the bar.

I didn’t like how soft/thin the pillows were. Even with stacking 2-3 pillows to sleep, they were still flat. With the level of service of the hotel, I think they should provide memory foam/gel pillows. I also didn’t like the fact that they only clean the rooms every other day. I’m from Atlanta and when I stay at the Hilton there, which I do often, they’ve always cleaned daily.

First day the chef said we had to pay $10/ person for B fast eventhough the website said it is complimentary. She insisted. Because of that, we skipped so many days of B fast. We stayed there for 11 nights, but skipped b fast for6 days.They should refund the money for the days we both missed b fast. They should train the chef who made us pay not to charge people. The manager said they would refund the money for the days we were charged..

Everything else was good.

The property was clean and looked new. Didn’t notice any bad smells or any indications that made me think there may be underlying property issues. The host at the desk was extremely friendly and was more than happy to help me with any questions I had. Our room was clean and had up to date decor.

The only thing I didn’t care for was the sliding privacy door to the bathroom. It just didn’t seem to provide the privacy that a regular door provides.

I always stay here when visiting family in the US. The rooms are big, clean and comfortable. The staff is friendly and professional. They went out of their way to help me rearrange my stay dates.

The restaurant has a good menu with delicious food in the evening. The breakfast served the same thing every morning. Perhaps adding something different 2 or 3 times a week for variety would be good, like sausage gravey and biscuits or scrapple.

The rooms are spacious and clean. The staff are friendly, professional, and helpful. Breakfast was very good, and a chef is there to cook to order if you want something not on the buffet. The restaurant and bar served excellent food and drinks in the evening. I always stay here when visiting my family in the US.

Very nice and clean. It has a swimming pool, gym, adult bar, snack area, and breakfast bar. It’s also very close to good restaurants and shopping.

The pool area is very loud, needs sound barriers. But overall nice place to stay. The older lady that did check-ins was not very nice. The bartender and the lady that did checkouts were very nice.

The hotel is beautiful and very clean. The staff is very friendly and always willing to help. The room is nicely furnished and you can get most streaming apps on the TV as well as local channels.

My only complaint is that the bed is a true firm bed. My God. Also, the pillows were hella soft. So if you need medium to firm pillows, these aren't it at all.

NOT pleased with the every other day housekeeping........needed to ask the front desk for coffee pods and clean towels ....during our 4 night stay we had only one morning where we had our room cleaned and serviced.....NOT A POSIVITIVE compared to the rest of the facilities experiences

We like everything about this hotel. The staff are professional, friendly, and helpful. The rooms are clean, spacious, and comfortable. We stay here every summer.
