Breakfast (waffles)

I was not comfortable providing a digital image of my driver's license for online check-in. It wasn't clear whether this was truly necessary.

I liked how friendly and helpful the staff were. When we first walked into our room, we noticed stains all over the beds and there were pieces of weed in the nightstand, when we told the front desk, they immediately apologized and got us a new room that was very clean and comfortable. We were on our honeymoon but needed a place to stay while on a budget, Baymont was just in that budget. The breakfast every morning was delicious with lots of options. And I enjoyed that the staff greeted me every time they saw me, it made me feel welcomed.

I didn't like how my original room was when I arrived, finding weed in the nightstand and thinking of sleeping on the stains, especially on my honeymoon, but like I had stated in what I liked, the staff worked really fast to help me out and get me a nice and clean room. We are very thankful.

I received a complimentary upgrade which was great since I was alone and traveling for work. The price was very good based on the room I stayed in. I also liked that the room was cleaned and towels were replaced daily and not every few days as at other hotels.

The bed was a bit uncomfortable. I am not sure if it was the mattress or the tiny square pillows. I did have a sore neck and back after the stay. There was a lot of construction going on that seemed to start really early and go on really late.

housecleaning missed my room twice … said i had a do not disturb sign on it…absolutely not true as i expect room to be made daily and to be given fresh towels as well… front desk tried to argue with me that i did indeed have a sign on my door (i never even saw a sign in the room if i did want to use it!!!)

Very clean it was in a wonderful location for while I was there. staff was very nice and always trying to help you as free parking and its own parking lot. Check in and check out so easy no issues in the world. This is a very nice smaller hotel. It has recently been remodeled. The beds were super comfortable.

The online messaging was great, I had a last minute adjustment to the time I needed to arrive and the staff member who messaged me had all the answers I needed for how to do early check in.

There were ants all over the AC unit. The room's temperature was good enough that I didn't need to fiddle with that much and the ants stayed in that area. I would have enjoyed more variety with the breakfast but it was free so I'm not complaining much there.

It was clean. We had an issue with the ac being loud and they didn’t hesitate giving us a different room. The young lady at the front desk was very nice and professional. The breakfast wasn’t bad just wish they had more variety. Overall I’d stay again. Room was very clean and area felt Safe. I was traveling from TN for work so the safety was important to me.

Location and room layout.

That an uber eats driver was allowed onto the floor past 10 pm and knocked on our door (wrong door. and woke everyone up. Why didn’t the front staff make the guest come down and pick it up. That would have been a lot safer. Breakfast wasn’t great. Few options.

Breakfast was good great location. Rooms were clean in the beds were comfortable.

It was a little loud at night door, slamming people constantly walking up and down.

Smooth effortless check in and check out. Very clean, very friendly, breakfast was great simple but good. Place was very quiet even with it being fully booked.
