Location was great. Hotel was immaculate. Even from the lowest price room, the view was good - definitely a lot of value for the dollar! Gym was really nice and the patio/deck had a great view of downtown Newark! The rooms are huge!

The hotel could really use a sign facing the street that there is an ADA ramp to the right of the driveway. I climbed up multiple stairs with my luggage to get up to the entrance. I came in through the front entrance because I come in via Paratransit and I do not drive. The lids on top of the breakfast bar are heavy terrine lids & hard to lift for a senior or a person with a disability. the liners for the ice buckets don’t fit the ice buckets. I ended up dumping ice all over the floor and I cleaned it up! The table height chairs in the breakfast dining area are narrow and not big enough for a person of size.

Hotel is located in downtown Newark close to some great restaurants. The Bar and breakfast staff were the best, always cheerful and attentive to your needs. Free breakfast was a plus. Rooms were clean, neat and very spacious.

Staff at front desk not very welcoming, not a way to start your stay. Room service never cleaned after the first night stay. Lots of college kids at the bar later at night, not a problem for us but be aware of this if you want a quiet night while having a glass of wine.

Location ideal, price was a value for the room & convenience, but we did book a Sunday into Monday during July for a tour at University of Delaware, so I’m sure prices go up during the school year. Staff was exceptionally helpful & friendly, room/bathroom modern & clean, beds very comfortable. Parking garage located under hotel which is very helpful since hotel sits right on Main Street. Would definitely stay here again.

No complaints, everything was exceptional

The location of the hotel is right in the middle of so many bars, restaurants, and cafes. Everything is walking distance. The room was clean, modern, and comfortable! I would 100% book this location again!!

Honestly, there wasn't anything I can complain about. Upon arrival the staff was friendly and informative. The vibe of the bar/restaurant was really nice. Even the parking was ideal, no complaints!

Location is perfect- the outdoor bar is lovely and the staff are welcoming, helpful and proffesional.

The eggs at breakfast were tasty, but very cold. the breakfast staff had a hard time keeping up with refilling the coffee urns and the hot water, so I wasn't able to have tea with breakfast.

I loved that is was located in their super cute downtown area where I could walk to get to excellent restaurants.

If there was one thing to say the doors to rooms were super heavy and required to be slammed to shut and the room is not very sound proof so there was more than usual hall noise and door slams.

Having breakfast onsite was nice, but it was the same food each day. Parking on the property should be included, or an option to book a period at a lower cost. Needing to have parking validated at the front desk was time-consuming. The cost plus tax was higher than expected. Should consider having a senior rate.

Really clean, modern building right in the heart of Main Street, great restaurants and coffee shops right around the hotel. The staff was really friendly and accommodating, a really high level of service from every person we encountered there.

Very convenient for University of Delaware activities. Clean and comfortable.

This is our second time staying at the hotel and every night and both of our stays, there were loud parties going on outside into midnight. The staff can be aloof sometimes, we were waiting to check in and the front desk staff was on the phone and didn’t acknowledge us.

The location, spacious and clean room, comfortable beds. Having breakfast each day was an added benefit.

Parking was not included in the cost of the room. Having to validate parking each day was not great. Please consider adding this. Having a senior rate would also be nice.
