Emmanuel did and excellent job getting us checked in and on the floor and room type requested. The room was spacious, clean and beds were comfortable. Location was perfect. Walking distance from two good restaurants and a quick drive to others. Also close to our event. Overall these things were great!

Heating and air unit was too loud. The room was too hot. There was no auto setting on the unit to regulate the fan temperature. Fan settings were only for high and low. There was no setting to turn off the fan u less you turned off the entire unit. On low it was loud and ran constantly. Even at a low heat temperature the room was too hot. We chose to heat the room up then totally turned it off for the night to quiet the noise from the fan enough to sleep. There was a thermostat on the wall also. However, it did not turn on at all. Basically served as a piece of wall art. Didnt seem to be connected to anything.

Nicely decorated. Convenient location. Good sized room. Free breakfast. Michael at the front desk when I checked in was very friendly and professional. Overall good experience.

The shower looked shabby (gaps in caulk/seal) and was not thoroughly cleaned. I found 2 different types of hair from previous guests, straight hair on towels and coily hair on the shower wall. They use those dispensers instead of individual mini toiletries, but the body wash dispenser was empty in the shower. It's a good thing I had some in my bag. Breakfast was meh. Overpriced for the accommodations. I had an equivalent stay (and cleaner) at a hotel half the price in the area.

Mold in shower area, refrigerator not working called desk 3 times to repair or replace never happened.Tv on blink first day,Air conditioner extremely loud sounded broken first five minutes of operation ever time it started ,no drinking cups in bathroom or anywhere.Outside area littered with cigarette butts and other small garbage ,really bad outside that only a broom would take care of in 30 minutes ,you can see it hasn’t been touched in months

Clean, pleasant. Nice customer service. The room, linen on the bed, in the bathroom and the room itself was clean , airy and very comfortable. The weight of the door to the room added an extra level of security. Thanks.

Along the hallway wall to my room there was a plastic knife that was left from the night before and was still there in the morning. The bathroom floor in the lobby was not as clean as would be expected from a lobby perspective.

The front desk person the night we checked in was wonderful. Very friendly, answered any question and wend above and beyond when I asked for anything!

The pillows in the rooms are not very comfortable. We have stayed there 2 times in the last 2 weeks and both rooms were nice with the exception of the pillows. Also, it would be nice to have personal keurig coffee machines, NOT the little ones that you have.

What is most important is the cleanliness and the room and hotel surpassed my expectations. I will use this hotel the next time I have family visit. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I did not get everyone’s name but I do remember Hassan who was professional and super helpful. There were other staff members at the front desk when we checked in and the woman working in the cafe all were top-notch.

It was one of the most expensive hotels in the area. Another hotel in the area was one third of the price. It’s a chain where I usually stay when I’m out of town but the Waldorf hotel had very bad reviews about cleanliness.

Your property was clean and the night staff Veronica was very considerate and helpful. She called to make sure I was at the hotel in time to check in and answered all the questions I had. I also feel that 12:00 noon as the checkout time was amazing considering the convention I came for was mostly at night till early morning.

The pool was not open (but I understand pools open after Memorial Day).

Location is great for my need . Real restaurants are within walking distance distance

I like to stay at hotels with breakfast. I was very disappointed… they had the fold over highly salted omelets .. with bacon. They got me one without bacon however it was awful Way too salty . They need to go back to scrambling eggs . I pay more to get breakfast this was ended up being oat meal the only safe option if you care about your health

Unable to connect to WiFi following the instructions online/email. Pillows were very small.. would definitely as a personal opinion would have loved more fluffy, bigger pillows.

SECOND VISIT IN A MONTH. STILL GREAT!! ROOM WAS QUIET AND READY WHEN WE GOT THERE. EVERYTHING WAS OPERATING LIKE A WELL OILED MACHINE.

BREAKFAST WAS GOOD. WISH THERE WERE A FEW GLUTEN FREE OPTIONS AVAILABLE. HARD BOILED EGGS WOULD BE GREAT EVERYDAY AS AN OPTION, FOR PROTEIN. YOGURT WAS GLUTEN FREE, AND AVAILABLE.
