The staff was friendly. The location was easy to get to. There was a nice variety of food at Breakfast. The pancake maker was cool! The bathroom was spacious.

The walls were very thin. You could hear the conversations in the next room. There were clothes left in one of the drawers.

Customer service was great. The overnight staff members was wonderful and had a beautiful welcoming even at midnight.

Room service entered too many times before checkout. We had to keep saying we were still inside. They should wait until 11 to start knocking. Not 8 am then 830 then 9 am.

The bed was amazing, most comfortable bed we have ever slept in. The cleaning ladies came in without us asking and made the bed up and left fresh towels. I appreciated that.

The people at the front desk were strange. Why too much covid protection, like overkill. Pretty sure there was a squatter there. She wore all black clothing, stared at everyone for long periods of time and showed up in places from out of no where. Just back and forth to the breakfast room and up and down all around on the elevators. Sketchy....

room was nice, enjoyed the pool, breakfast was awesome!

a little pricey but definitely worth it. made it more affordable since we had a couple of people in the room to split the cost. pool water was a little chilly

Location, cleanliness, easy access, friendly staff, nice/clean breakfast area and great breakfast.

Need new comfort height toilets in all guest rooms. The current toilets are way too low and stained terribly!!!!!!!!!!!!!

moved me to 2 different rooms from what I had booked. In the end it worked out just fine

When I booked my room I asked for a room in the rear of the building because the front is too loud from the highway noise

I don’t like the fact that we are already paying yo stay at the establishment but then have to pay for parking as well.

Staff was friendly and helpful, breakfast was good and bed was comfortable.

Hotel was going through renovations during our stay and the pool wasn't available. I would also recommend a small table for the room. Although you have a desk, it's would be better for two people to have a small table for their coffee and food together. The room had a microwave, small fridge and Keurig available.

The grandkids liked the pool even thou the water was freezing 🥶 For me and there poppop not to enjoyable way to cold. But they had fun all that mattered
