We got there around 11 pm and the desk clerk was not rude but he was not too friendly either. After getting into our rooms, we noticed that the toilet was leaking in the floor. We went to the front desk and he apologized and gave us another room. The other room was in good shape and clean. The hotel is a little outdated and could use some repairs but it is a good, clean place to stay. The breakfast was ok, it could use some more options. The pictures are from the first room we had, I did not get any from the second room.

The location was perfect for exploring Alexandria and Washington DC. Parking was easy and free in the hotel’s lot. It was quiet; beds were comfortable. Lots of counter space in the bathroom and just outside of the bathroom for getting ready each morning.

I’m always a bit worried when staying at motels; safety concerns with outside entrances to rooms. However, here after first night, realized it was a safe area and safe motel.

By far one of the best hotel stays I’ve ever had. And I travel A LOT. The hotel manager and Sarah Ann were so sweet and so professional and honestly care about the place. The little details is what made the stay fantastic. There’s 2 cute picnic areas/ yard outside. The rooms were clean, sheets were soft, pillows were great, the bathtub was huge, and each room has a fridge and microwave. There’s security cameras everywhere which made me feel safe. The breakfast was phenomenal and the hotel manager was constantly refreshing and replenishing items.

I had a decent stay and for a really great price. The place was better than expected. The room had been updated with bedding and paint. It was clean, and the bed was comfortable. Also, the front desk staff at check-in was really nice. There was plenty of free parking and area had good lighting. At this price, I would definitely stay again.

Great location, easy to find. Staff was great. Nice room that could easily be improved by consistent maintenance checks. Nice free breakfast, typical, but hit the spot.

The room is well laid out, but it needs better attention to its' furniture and facilities. I reported everything to the front desk as this place could be a 9 instead of 7 with just a couple repairs and a new bed (was 2 doubles so this was not an issue for us but could be with more than 2 people in the room).

Value for money. Yes, hotel is old, but you get good shower with strong stream of water, clean towels, good beds plus coffee in the room. It worth $130 spend.

Refrigerator is not easy to use. It stands on the floor. Put him on some cabinet.

Big room, clean

Breakfast was just carbs, (Toast, waffles, muffin) no scrambled eggs or sausages. Extremely small breakfast room, lots of people had to sit outside and people were constantly pushing each other around when choosing food.

The room was pretty basic, but to be expected for a motel. They obliged with an additional bed, and my son said it was comfortable. Great value, and the staff was friendly.

Pool was out of service and they were doing a lot of maintenance around the property.

We liked the room size, very clean, bathroom was very clean and the shower was great water pressure...

The room smells like cigarettes. We requested non smoking room and smelled very strong nicotine. Breakfast was fear,the breakfast room too small for all the travelers.

It was easy to find, close to a lot of restaurants and quiet.

Could have been alittle nicer, one of the pictures were missing from the wall and white spots where the wall was patched but never painter or picture rehung. And neither of the ice machines were working.
