Location was within a mile of the subway which was perfect we parked the car and walked the whole trip. Didn't get to use it but the pool and hot tub looked nice. Breakfast was delicious and had a great number of options. Safe was right on it during breakfast with clean up and refilling items.

Bathroom door would not stay open it drifted closed and I hit my wrist on it in the middle of the night because of it. Toilet needed new guts installed was not filling properly had to open and giggle it after every flush. Did not tell the front desk because they don’t have a safe in the room and so I didn’t want them in my room while I was gone and didn’t feel like waiting for a repair man so I just lived with it. Please I beg you to get a second and or third waffle maker it was like waiting in a bread line in Russia during the 80’s. Then some woman with 100 kids got up there and decided to make waffles for all 100 of them without letting anyone get a turn and when the nice worker asked her to let some other people go she gave her an attitude.

It’s ALWAYS clean and peaceful in the entire building. Love to stay here for my mini staycation. It’s close to the waterfall, where I like to hang out at the restaurants and shops. The staff are super nice. I always use the fitness room, sometimes pool, and always the hot tub(hot tub is so relaxing).

Only minor thing that irritated me a little…I had to keep pushing button in fridge, to stay on. I had food/drinks that I wanted to stay chilled.

The hotel was very clean. The staff are extremely professional. The manager is very knowledgeable, respectful, and helpful. We were visiting Washington and though the hotel was a little far away from the city, it was a great deal because of the price,, and comfort. Breakfast is great! Excellent and super. The staff keeps refilling the stations with bread of different kinds, wafles ( pre cooked), they even offer gluten free bread. They also had small bottles with whole, 2% milk, and chocolate milk. They also had yogurt. They offer boiled and scrambled eggs, beef patties and bacon ( they alternate), coffee and cream All THE TIME. We had two days of bananas, one day of red apples wrapped in plastic. They have utensils, all kinds of toppings for oatmeal, and also grits. Breakfast stations had cream cheese, butter, jelly, honey, peanut butter, ketchup. They also offered blueberry muffins individually packed. We couldn't complain about breakfast. The staff was very nice and respectful.

I loved everything. They gave me an upgrade for a suite and we were super excited for it. We felt really well in this hotel. They had a wedding for two days , over the weekend and the hotel was full and a little noisy at night. But I am a person who closes her eyes at night and sleeps well.

Breakfast was good for value, but not much variety. Loved the waffle station on the weekends but the weekday breakfasts were not bad. Overall clean and very good for value. There is a Target/Starbucks within walking distance.

We arrived late for check-in, because our flight was delayed. The staff at the front was absolutely terrible, she said she had cancelled our rooms because we didn't let them know - which we did through every possible method (email, texts, contacting property etc.). She insisted she couldn't give us a room for 30+ minutes because there weren't any. Yet some rooms became *magically* available once I showed her all the ways we contacted the hotel. She was very rude all around.

The location is great accesible to the highways, stores, and restaurants. Housekeeping is great. Breakfast is very good. The ladies at the front desk can be a bit friendlier.

There was a bus full of noisy high-schoolers staying at the same time, and they were up late at night and early in the morning. You can only imagine the dining area at breakfast. Also there was problem's with the elevators, there were two and one was working on its last leg, I am sure it will be repaired ⁹

The hotel was beautiful. I have no complaints at all. I called to see if they had free early check for the room I booked (2 queen bed room) and they didn't have 1 available, but the front desk staff did accommodate me and gave me a king suite room because the room was available. I didn't have a chance to see, but they also have an indoor pool (which is great if you have kids). The breakfast was great as well. I'd definitely visit this hotel again.

I paid prior to me getting to the hotel and when I got to the hotel I wanted to use another card for the $20 incidental fee (ok cool no problem....or so I thought). I go to my room and look at my bank statement and I was charged for the entire booking again plus the incidental fee. Needless to say, my weekend was ruined because that was all the money I had. Not cool. Now, I'm waiting to hear back from the general manager and I'll have to wait BUSINESS DAYS to get my money back smh.

The room was very clean and comfortable. I enjoyed the layout. The bathroom was spotless, and I was happy with the toiletries provided. The location is very convenient to restaurants and other local attractions, including the National Harbor.

The room was right above the entrance to the lobby, so there was a little noise outside; but it wasn't too bad. Also, the hot water in the bathroom was scalding hot (hotter than it should be) which might be dangerous for kids.

My large family was in town for a funeral unfortunately, but a group of us went to our reliable Booking.com site and found this hotel. I've long been a Marriott fan; beds are always comfortable, and the rooms sparkle. Desk staff were engaging and helpful. Fluffy eggs were served with breakfast, which was a bonus. Great location and amenities. While I didn't use the indoor pool, other family members did and especially appreciated the hot tub/whirlpool.

Minor issue -- the bananas at breakfast were well past their prime.

Cleaning staff were nice, accomodating.

The cleaning crew came around knocking on doors at 9am and check out is not until 12pm. Hard to rest here comfortably with these thin walls as you can literally hear everything your neighbors next door are doing in their room. People up slamming doors, kids running the halls at 7am
