This is a very clean, comfortable, well-run property in a location convenient to D.C. and of course Old Town Alexandria. We particularly enjoyed interacting with the extremely friendly and helpful front desk staff. We also appreciated the convenient metered street parking for $5 per day located directly behind the hotel, an alternative to remote garage parking.

Huge room with lounge area and kitchenette. We stayed here 3 days as part of an east coast road trip and really appreciated the extra space of this room. Large comfortable bed. Close to King Street with metro station to get into Arlington and Washington. King Street also has free trolley bus to Alexandria waterfront. We were originally put in a room close to the elevators which was too noisy. The front desk was very helpful in moving us to another room which proved to be very quiet

Parking is far too expensive at $40 + tax per day. We saw many cheaper options locally at around $18 per day. Breakfast was very poor. It typically American self service canteen style with throw away plates, cups and cutlery and much of the food wrapped in more throw away plastic. No recycling. The inn has a laundrette but this would not take cash you have to down load an App to some third party organisation to pay. We could not get this app to work and had to rely on hotel maintenance to activate the machine. Very frustrating at 1130 p.m.

The location is great. This hotel provides a complimentary shuttle service up to 1 mile, which gets you to the pier and most tourist spots in Old Town Alexandria. Complimentary breakfast every day had a decent variety and was tasty. The rooms were spacious and tidy. The staff were very nice and professional. This is a great hotel choice for events at the National Harbor, only about a 15 minute drive away. The kitchenette was extremely convenient. I appreciated having a full size fridge and cooking utensils. I only wish I had regular dish soap. The studio apartment setup was extremely comfortable for both socializing and sleeping. The bathroom was just the right size, and I liked that the sink was separate from the bathroom.

My room was very close to the elevator, and the walls were thin. Nothing earplugs couldn’t fix. The bed and pillows were not to my back’s liking.

Hotel upgraded our room to a one-bedroom suite instead of a studio. The entire staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The bathroom, bedroom and kitchen were clean; the kitchen was well stocked. Greta location, only a couple of blocks from King Street. Close to the Metro and a short drive to Ronald Reagan airport (DCA), Arlington National Cemetery and downtown Washington DC.

Parking was convenient and secure, but extremely expensive. It should've been included with the hotel stay.

Wonderful stay. Good size rooms, bathrooms were clean. Kitchen area was good sized. Very quiet stay. Breakfast spread on of the best we’ve ever had. We travel quite a bit with our four school age children and they agreed that this was one of the most comfortable stay we’ve had and we all loved the breakfast options. Good coffee. Staff was great and helpful. Laundry room was clean and easy to use. Gym was well stocked. Walk to train/metro in 6 minutes. King street 7 to 8 minutes walk

Nothing. Would stay again with no questions

The front desk women were so nice! They made me feel welcomed when I arrived. The room, hallways, and elevators were clean and there was no weird smells that some hotels give off. I felt safe and loved how close we were to King Street. Breakfast was a great addition and the women helping with breakfast were very helpful.

I drive an SUV and when I first arrived, I didn't know you couldn't go into the parking garage before you got into your room. It was dark so it was hard to find my way especially with the construction. Maybe a sign saying "check-in before entering the garage" would have helped too.

Great Choice hot and cold breakfast. Stocked up throughout Breakfast Staff on hand Tables cleaned and plenty of space. The staff were so accommodating. We had luggage problems with the airline and even though we had checked out they still worked with us to ensure the bags were finally delivered. They also allowed an early check in in one room which was great. Staff at reception were so good Thank you !! Free shuttle bus worked great for getting to Metro on those hot mornings, although really is only a short walk. But also great to get down to the Waterfront in the evening. Great location

Roomy room. quiet. very nice staff especially the breakfast staff. Good location

Room could have been cleaner. I did not understand the dish cleaning system. I only used two dishes - a bowl and a glass. Was I suppose to run a wash in the dishwasher? I did not like the price of the "market" items - $10-12 for a beer? $6 for water. Better to lower the price, and sell more items, and offer a real service. I saw from my visa statement that the hotel put a $50 charge on my room as a security deposit. Never had this done before and it was also not explained to me.

Our one-bedroom suite was very nice. The bed in the bedroom was comfortable. The pillows were too squishy, but that's a given for hotels. I liked having a full-size fridge, microwave, stovetop, and dishwasher in the kitchenette. The fitness center is extremely well equipped and I was able to easily do a full workout. Staff were always friendly and helpful. One morning the housekeeping staff missed cleaning our room, and the manager called to apologize and gave me Marriott points to make up for it.

The couch was saggy, and my partner opted to sleep on it as a couch instead of pulling out the folding bed, which he said wasn't comfortable at all. I wish the bathroom could be accessed from the living room without going through the bedroom; I went to sleep late and my partner got up early, and he had to tiptoe through the bedroom to get to the bathroom and hope he didn't wake me. Separate thermostats for the living room and bedroom would also have been nice.

Great location, super friendly staff, clean all around, decent breakfast, great gym facilities, easy to public park behind hotel, walking distance to metro station, Executive Diner a few doors up was great, walking distance to King Street where’s there’s shops and restaurants on the water, super cute surrounding area.

Walls are a bit thin had noisy neighbors in the hall and above at times but it’s a hotel so….. also the prices for extra snacks and drinks were way high so we passed on that
