The room was excellent! The pool and spa, while not open, while we were there (due to the time it opened and closed..maybe change it from 10-10 to 8-11) so it's more available...the staff was very friendly and willing to correct any problems..

Starbucks being the only coffee (we didn't see any coffee urns offering free coffee for those who don't want to spend Starbucks prices) and no continental breakfast...not even cold food..everything was Ala carte... Plus a 7.50 charge to park our car on the property? Come on! At 160.00 per night, one should get free parking at least, For the above reasons, we won't be returning...

Hotel amenities and location near the Lego discovery center made this a great overnight for our quick family trip. Liam provided excellent service despite the lack of support.

Not enough staff on a very busy Saturday morning. Liam was extremely positive and helpful, while manning both the breakfast service, front desk and guest relations. It was very unfortunate that he did not have another person assist with attending to all guests needs. He was very professional and I hope management will consider scheduling additional support on this shift.

They charge for parking and do not inform you about it. Upon checking in, I was asked if I’m parking at their lot,-man’s I said yes. I was then issued a tag for my car and that was it. I was not informed that by giving me the tag, I agree for the charge. Told the staff my concern, and they told me it was an instruction by the corporate to not tell the customer as the customer should have read it beforehand when booking. This is a shady practice.

The staff was amazing. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The water in the shower was always hot. The breakfast was top tier and delicious. They even had Starbucks. The pool and hot tub were very nice and the gym had lots of great equipment. Overall a great and comfortable stay!

I loved the entire updated lobby area and all the staff were friendly and accommodating.

I didn't like that there wasn't a microwave in the room and that there were alot of hours in between when you couldn't get cooked food or coffee. The food was excellent though when they were open.

The kitchen staff was excellent and the cleaning staff was excellent.

The people who checked you in were very incompetent. First, I was told that I did not have a room when I arrived. Then I found out that the person who made my original reservation made it using my first name as my last name. I was checked in as Martin Debbie. I am being charged double for one room. Something is certainly not right with the management of this hotel. Booking.com and my credit card company are trying to help me with this problem.

The property was lovely, very friendly staff and guest. Food at bar was good but pricey, to be expected at a hotel bar. The only complaint I have is when we arrived, Booking.com had cancelled our reservation. Not good after a 7 hour drive with my elderly parents (90). The woman at the front desk was very helpful and found us a room.

Bed were not very comfortable, but everything else was just fine.

Check-in was quick. Pool area was nice - good size, late hours for use. Room was clean. Water in shower was HOT, which was nice! Would stay here again.

Paying extra for parking when it’s a designated lot for the hotel.

This hotel is great very friendly people help me every step I needed the pool was wonderful along with the hot tub the kids really enjoyed it definitely will stay here again

I didn't like that you didn't have breakfast included in the stay.

Location was very convenient. I had told the front desk that on Friday they did not need to come in and change the sheets . But clean towels would be great. But clean room on Saturday, she came early we were not ready to leave. So again we told her no need to clean. But she gave us some clean towels which we asked for. It’s really hard trying to get across to people that don’t understand what you’re saying. The weird thing was I made my husband returned to our room someone came in and left clean towels change the pillowcases and we were surprised that someone came in. The first room that was given to us on the third floor was not up to standards furniture is nicked tub was dirty so I called they apologized and gave us another room. Was very disappointed the morning we went to have a small breakfast what happened to the nice Buffay you used to set up it was a lot better than the way they do à la cart now. There’s one person getting breakfast is ready but the line is so long it wasn’t worth waiting for. Gave her vouchers away because we knew we wouldn’t be using them. I always pick Comforter Inn
