Breakfast and the breakfast room was amazing and the staff were also wonderful!

We actually had a bad experience when we first checked in. Our room (connecting room )was apparently located next to a room with a very loud party that obviously had more than four occupants in it. They were very loud past the curfew, quiet hours, and it did not seem like the staff had it under control. Finally with much Pressure, they gave us a new room. But we had to be almost rude to get another room.

The breakfast comes with the stay, and it was so good. Best breakfast I had in a hotel. It was a buffet style breakfast with many options to choose from. The hotel room was very clean and modernized and the beds were extremely comfortable. The bathroom in my suite was very spacious and the service was awesome. We at one point ran out of towels and called the front desk to get more, and they brought us the towels immediately. The wait time was less than 3 minutes.

The only thing I did not care too much about with my stay, was the toilet; The toilet itself was extremely low.

The facilities are top-notch. We stay here often when we are in town. It's right off 95, so getting around town is easy.

I was very disappointed in the restaurant. We had a very expensive dinner that was mediocre at best. Had to send mac n cheese back, and the calamari was so tough I couldn't chew it. The breakfast, which is usually a highlight, was not very good. They have also pared their menu way back. It's a shame because I always enjoyed eating there. I even ate there when I didn't stay at the hotel but was working in the area.

You truly learn how a hotel operates when something goes wrong. I arrived late and made a mistake during check-in. Without going into details, I want to highlight the professionalism and genuine care shown by both the front desk clerk and the hotel manager. Their understanding and customer-focused approach were exceptional — something quite rare to find these days. I’m not usually generous with my ratings, but this level of service deserves the highest score. Once again, many thanks!

The breakfast was served fresh the omelette and the potatoes very delicious 😋

I would’ve give this hotel a perfect 10 ..the only thing I didn’t like that I couldn’t get no channel on the TVs by the time someone came to fix it..I had fell asleep 🤦🏽‍♀️.. I will stay here again, I just hope next time I will have some channels to watch…when I’m paying I need every thing to be working 🤷🏽‍♀️

Clean, Large rooms Love the little kitchen and living room area separate bedroom area and two doors leading to the bathroom. it was absolutely perfect for what we are doing.

there wasn’t much I didn’t like. I guess no one to assist with luggage and the guest doors should have a door stop so they can prop the door open to get the luggage cart in

Everything was just so great, this place is worth every penny. The staff were very polite, the place was clean and I just have no words for the breakfast. So far the best place I have ever stayed at. The breakfast was abundant and delicious, there were also some ladies that would take your finished plates away. I mean I have no complaints, if you are planning on coming here, trust me you’ll have no regrets.

I ALWAYS look forward to staying here because of Genie and her team in the restaurant! Their morning routine with the breakfast is Excellent and Exceptional! This is the only part of this hotel that has had mainstay staff for over 7 yrs. that I have visited there. That is quite remarkable. The food is ALWAYS so Yummy. I also appreciate the location being easily accessible to everything.

The check in and checkout process. There were some glitches and errors... that should not have occurred. However, Tim was excellent at helping to correct the issues.

The room was beautiful. I felt like I was at a very high end hotel. Plus the layout was a lot more modern than that of other embassy suites I’ve stayed at before which was a perk for me.

No continental breakfast! The hotel is literally next to nothing so you will have to drive a few miles to get to stores and decent food.

Thought the hotel and breakfast was amazing BUT coffee ran out juice machine wasn’t working and downstairs toilets weren’t flowing . I’ll assume it was a water issue and NO decaf machine the lady was nice enough to make me an instant cup. Staff in food lounge were very friendly . Overall I would stay again
