Whole experience was perfect! Food was delicious at breakfast. The room was clean and even the pullout couch had sheets for the little one.

The door stuck and didn't always unlock though it clicked. I initially went all the way back to the front desk after breakfast on the first day only to discover it was the door itself and not the key. I had to pound on the door which woke up my partner to let us in (they had been sleeping still). Turns out it was the door sticking not the key as we later discovered.

Room was very clean and comfortable, and I actually liked the option of cleaning the room only when it is requested by you. There were more than enough towels and other bathroom amenities. Location is very convenient, you can in a few minutes access the highway. Internet was quick enough for a free internet. Parking is large and convenient.

The AC was little bit loud, and curtains have somehow inconvenient design, I understand they are designed not to cover the AC and allow free access of the cold/hot air, but this leads to excessive light in the room from the lighting poles on a parking.

Rooms were nice, however, could not figure out how to close the curtains; very poor design. Complimentary breakfast was ok. Choices were good. Waffle station could have been better. The timing on the waffle maker wasn’t long enough causing undercooked waffles and making them stick.

The guest in room above my room apparently took a bath that caused a water overflow and came down through the walls causing wet carpet and ultimately having to change rooms.

Location and cleanliness of the property

Proper maintenance is not done or noticed daily. My initial room heating and cooling unit was not working once I arrived. So I unpacked and took a shower thinking maybe it needed time to kick on but ended up having to call the front desk to get maintenance man to check it out. I was immediately moved to another room but housekeeping should have caught that when cleaning the room.

Location and especially the parking availability was exceptional to my weekend work place The room were clean with adequate basic house hold supplies amenities fridge microwave etc

For situations every thing was ideal Years ago I used to commit every other weekend of each month to work at Alexandria hospital stayed at this hotel and after so many years I returned back and noted marked improvement in general service What I hated then was guests were allowed to light cigarettes and as soon as u get to the elevator one could sense the smell

We stay every Christmas. Last year I must have booked with someone other than you, because we were absolutely hammered financially. This year I immediately got a response noting exactly what I would pay, which was quite reasonable. I doubted that would be the cost at the hotel, but it was!! We were shocked. I'll always use booking.com in the future! Also, the same young woman has been behind the desk the last few years. We love that continuity.

Not really anything that I can think of. In past years, there were some repairs being done, etc. But this year everything seemed neat and clean. We left the maid a 20 after our 3 night stay. We appreciated the cleanliness.

Overall, the stay was good. The room was clean, comfortable, and not too noisy. The breakfast had the normal waffle maker, cooked sausage, scrambled eggs, bagels, cereal, etc... The coffee at breakfast was excellent, I really appreciate the single serve machine that dispensed a fresh cup of coffee each time.

The elevator was very slow and only one was working, so trying to get to your room or the first floor was a bit frustrating at times.

The set up of our room was perfected for a blended family group. The location was good. It was clean and comfortable.

Not a dislike but more of a caution to be careful when pulling out from the property it sits off a very busy road and near a very busy highway. Which is a great convenience but plan your time so you don’t feel that rush cuz that’s not the place to be rushing into traffic.

My whole experience was wonderful and exactly what I needed that wasn't too far from home! And the breakfast was everything I expected. The staff was very nice and available when needed. Fast check in also

My internet went out on my last night there and I was subjected to only a few channels. Also, when I tried to connect my playstation for the internet it wouldn't work. Even though it had 100% status. The staff couldn't help with that because they were from an older generation. Which isn't bad. I just needed someone more up to date to help with that

Room was spacious. Beds are comfy and clean/neat. Bathroom looks new. I like the new setup. Waffle makers in breakfast area exceeded my expectations. Kids loved it. Welcome drink! Coffee and hot chocolate. Who would have thought!!! Free and spacious parking.

No towel hook on the bathroom door. Perhaps provide bagels for breakfast alternative? I'm only writing this because this survey asks me to write more sentence. With the price and the breakfast menu (scrambled eggs, fresh waffles, cereals, coffee n milk), I think it's already awesome without the bagels.
