The staff were outstanding and accommodating. Could not have asked for anything better.

There are some areas that should be attended to such as the worn out and frayed carpet in my room. Some areas could use some high dusting and cleaning such as air vents.

The staff was very friendly and helpful - we were admitted as early check-in without any troubles even though we did not mention it. The room was spacious with a nice kitchenette. There is a very good parking - under the roof, within the property premises, with excellent access from the street. The bedsheets for the sofa-bed were instantly available. Location is close to the Washington Metro line, so visiting and moving around Washington DC was very easy.

I was using sofa-bed that was not too comfortable. also upon unfolding it blocked partially the window access. Personally I'd like to have a filtered water in the room.

The location and the hotel itself was great

I did not like that I asked for my room to be cleaned, left to go out came back 5 hours later no one cleaned the room, trash and dirt towels were still in bathroom

Breakfast is better than average. Rooms are clean. Front desk staff are great. Price was reasonable.

Breakfast was hot, delicious and offered a great variety of choices

The bed pillows looked fluffy, but weren't...doubling up on them helped, though.

Breakfast was ok .would have liked oatmeal.Nobiggie tho

The hotel seems really dated . Cast iron tub ..pillows terrible.

For a complimentary breakfast, it was very good. The bed was very soft to sleep on. The room is very nice and comfortable.

To noise coming from emergency services in the street. The coffee machine or coffee in the kitchen should be of better quality. I smelled a lot of marijuana inside the hotel and in the parking lot. That's unfortunately something you can't control.

Omg breakfast was so delicious and delightful everything was hot an so many options room was clean an smelt so good beds super comfy staff minds their business an helps when you need them best hotel quiet an safe

The staff was very nice and attentive.

The toilet seat hinge was loose causing the seat to come down while using the toilet.

I absolutely loved my Stay at this property, I wish I could’ve stayed longer
