Staff was friendly and helpful! The location was great and the rooms were spacious and clean. We had a car and parking was easy but I also took the nearby Metro a few times and that was also super easy to access. We had vouchers for breakfast one day so we tried the weekend buffet and the waffles. They were both good but probably not worth the price if we had paid.

We could faintly hear the people in the rooms around us at times (stomping around, moving chairs around, etc...) but nothing disruptive and only when our room was silent.

Prime location in downtown Bethesda, close to restaurants, kids Museum and around the corner from Bethesda Metro stop. Great restaurant inside the property serving breakfast lunch and dinner. Great folks at front desk which gave us drink vouchers for the lobby bar. The suites were very well made, from the bathroom to the bedsheets very clean and comfortable. Our corner suite looking out to downtown Bethesda from the 14th floor was something else. Overall a great experience from start to end.

Absolutely nothing

We had the brunch one day, and my son really enjoyed it! We liked that there was Starbucks coffee served and the quality of the bacon was excellent. The next day we had the oatmeal with blueberries, toasted almonds, coconut and honey and both really enjoyed it!

It would have been good to know in advance that there is no area in front of hotel to load our belongings for check in. We drove in circles a bit, looking for a usual hotel entrance with an area for drop off. After I called the front desk, the employee was so nice and explained to me how to drive down until we reached the elevators.

Location is excellent for dining. Bed is comfortable. Very quiet. Really like the restaurant for food and drinks, and service. The gym is excellent too.

The front desk people seem unhappy or disinterested. We stayed there 5 times in close succession, and they never acknowledged that we were return guests or even smiled at us. The room is compact but fine for a couple of nights. The main thing we didn't like is the lack of privacy with the bathroom door. I don't know whether it's the material it's made of or the space around it. And new hotels like this one don't put in a bathroom fan anymore, for some reason. You can hear everything from the room.

The staff was very friendly and for the price point this is a very nice hotel. The hotel is very clean and beautiful with simple tastefully done decor, modern, simple rooms and a very nice shower. Also the beds are very comfortable. The cafe food inside the hotel is good. A variety of restaurants are located within walking distance of the hotel.

10/10 Experience! From the aesthetic to the customer service, everything was perfect! The entire staff was attentive and welcoming, making my stay truly enjoyable. A special shoutout to the young lady at the front desk (I didn’t catch her name) for the amazing hospitality and the complimentary breakfast—such a thoughtful touch! I’ll definitely be returning. Highly recommend!

Nothing!

Location was excellent. Its very cantral. It is near the shops and restaurants and the Metro. The room was quiet, clean, comfortable and air conditioned, The reception staff were efficient and very helpful. I did not have any meals in the restaurant onthis visit. But, last year when I had come with a group of friends, we ate most of our meals in the hotel . the food was good and there was some variety in the menu

There was nothing I disliked

The layout of the room was very nice, and the bathroom had a waterfall shower head. Soap and shampoo included. They have a very well equipped gym on the top floor with great views of the city. Breakfast is an additional fee, but the continental buffet was delicious and worth the cost.

There is no microwave in the room.

The proximity to the Metro was excellent for trips into DC. The Staff was helpful.

The body wash dispenser in the shower was empty. The shower leaks water under the shower door on to the floor. The room in general was dark and it was difficult to see when getting dressed. The light over clothes hanging area was not working.

THE HOTEL WAS VERY NICE AND CLEAN WHICH IS VERY IMPORTANT AND THE STAFF WAS VERY NICE!!!

I feel that breakfast should be included the price for breakfast was costly and as a customer being that I travel and stay at so many different hotels which most include breakfast. Thank you for all that you do, but I will not book again due to the breakfast not included.
