We had the brunch one day, and my son really enjoyed it! We liked that there was Starbucks coffee served and the quality of the bacon was excellent. The next day we had the oatmeal with blueberries, toasted almonds, coconut and honey and both really enjoyed it!

It would have been good to know in advance that there is no area in front of hotel to load our belongings for check in. We drove in circles a bit, looking for a usual hotel entrance with an area for drop off. After I called the front desk, the employee was so nice and explained to me how to drive down until we reached the elevators.

Location is excellent for dining. Bed is comfortable. Very quiet. Really like the restaurant for food and drinks, and service. The gym is excellent too.

The front desk people seem unhappy or disinterested. We stayed there 5 times in close succession, and they never acknowledged that we were return guests or even smiled at us. The room is compact but fine for a couple of nights. The main thing we didn't like is the lack of privacy with the bathroom door. I don't know whether it's the material it's made of or the space around it. And new hotels like this one don't put in a bathroom fan anymore, for some reason. You can hear everything from the room.

10/10 Experience! From the aesthetic to the customer service, everything was perfect! The entire staff was attentive and welcoming, making my stay truly enjoyable. A special shoutout to the young lady at the front desk (I didn’t catch her name) for the amazing hospitality and the complimentary breakfast—such a thoughtful touch! I’ll definitely be returning. Highly recommend!

Location was excellent. Its very cantral. It is near the shops and restaurants and the Metro. The room was quiet, clean, comfortable and air conditioned, The reception staff were efficient and very helpful. I did not have any meals in the restaurant onthis visit. But, last year when I had come with a group of friends, we ate most of our meals in the hotel . the food was good and there was some variety in the menu

Excellent location with great walkability options to local shops, restaurants and the metro. The property is beautiful and the suites are modern with excellent finishes and amenities, very impressive and beyond comfortable. There's also an amazing restaurant located on the main level of the hotel. The atmosphere, decor, and design is so beautiful and modern, plenty of areas to relax and enjoy yourself indoors and outdoors. The menu offers excellent choices with delicious food and drinks. Lastly, the hotel staff are very professional, personable and highly committed to providing excellent customer service. I cannot wait to return for another weekend getaway!

The proximity to the Metro was excellent for trips into DC. The Staff was helpful.

The body wash dispenser in the shower was empty. The shower leaks water under the shower door on to the floor. The room in general was dark and it was difficult to see when getting dressed. The light over clothes hanging area was not working.

THE HOTEL WAS VERY NICE AND CLEAN WHICH IS VERY IMPORTANT AND THE STAFF WAS VERY NICE!!!

I feel that breakfast should be included the price for breakfast was costly and as a customer being that I travel and stay at so many different hotels which most include breakfast. Thank you for all that you do, but I will not book again due to the breakfast not included.

I wasn’t told that I needed my room card to get my car out of the parking garage. That meant that I had to back out of the gate and go back upstairs to get retrieve a room card. Lack of cleaning the room. I was told they would clean it one night of my stay, but they didn’t

Loved the updated property with its wood flooring and modern amenities. The staff were friendly and helpful. Loved the location right by the Bethesda metro station and many wonderful restaurants around topped with the proximity to Bethesda avenue shops.

The hotel is located in an area that is serviced by Metro only a block away. Plenty of restaurants within a few blocks. Beds were comfortable, A/C worked great. Towels and shower were very good as was the TV and the channel options

The pillows were far too soft. My head was swallowed up by the pillows. The chair at the desk was a bit too firm. Lets get a happy balance between the two. The supplies in the shower had no body wash and a limited amount of shampoo. No complememtry breakfast offered.
