Location was great, room was spacious and clean. Indoor pool was nice.

The onsite Bistro has strange hours and isn’t open late morning and afternoon. Also felt like they were rationing towels. If I book a room for 4 people why do we only have 3 towels. In addition the beds weren’t the most comfortable and only had 3 pillows each which doesn’t make sense on a double bed. Overall these aren’t dealbreakers but for the price shouldn’t be an issue. That being said I would stay here again because of the location and cleanliness.

Check-in was quick and room was clean

Lobby coffee was just warm. The toilet in the bathrooms are extremely low and uncomfortable to both sit down and to stand from. Lastly when I requested a couple of complimentary cookies when checking out I received a very uncomfortable look from front desk person. I felt like a beggar or as though the 2 cookies at check-in was my limit. Usually 2 bottles of water are in your room and are complimentary to Honor Members, no waters. It's the small things that count and noticed.

The location was perfect. We were in town for the Beyoncé concert and it was literally down the street. Clean hotel and staff was exceptional.

2 things about the room need to be addressed. Every time we took a shower the steam set off the smoke alarm. We notified the front desk and they are aware but say the alarms are set to very sensitive for safety reasons. Second thing, the light under the TV does NOT turn off with a switch. Very disturbing for sleep as I like a dark room. When we asked the front desk they just said unplug it. That seems dangerous and not something u would advise guests to do. Those were the only issues we had and even with those issues I would still stay again.

I appreciate how close the hotel was to the train station& restaurants.

We were upgraded to another room but honestly it wasn’t necessary. Our room’s shower head was leaky, the shower was dirty & the there were technical issues going on with the television. It would turn off and not come back on. We would have to unplug the TV for it to reset itself & this was done numerous times.

Need much improvement.

I’m sure you have been told this but your breakfast setup need to be revamped. It appears that you are over working your staff and that shows in their service attitude.

The future desk workers were very nice. Rooms were clean, modern, spacious for my family of 5. Very convenient to Fedex field. It was only a 2min drive. Plenty of Restaurants and to grocery stores to choose from. Walmart was 15min away as well. Indoor Pool water was cool with warm interior. Plenty of towels were available for all of our football team. We have no complaints.

The location was great. Not far from main activities I was there for. It was also in a safe location which was very important to me. The lobby decor was very modern and appealing, and staff was very accommodating and displayed good manners when interacting with customers.

Location was fantastic, especially for after the NFL game.

According to Booking.com, the booking required no deposit, pay at the property with free cancelation until three days prior to check in. The property attempted to charge my account a week early with no prior notice or warning. They also threatened to cancel my reservation unless I paid by 6 PM that day. I transferred money to the account to correct the error, but I've never had a property attempt to charge me early without a notice. Maybe put a disclaimer or something on the property?

Thus location us pleasant and the staff is always helpful and have great attitudes.

We were expecting a queen room with 2 queen sized bed. We actually got 2 full sized beds. Price paid didn't reflect the downgrade.

The property is very clean and organized. The rooms have everything you need. The sheets were clean as well as the bathroom. The staff is very nice as well.
