Staff very friendly!

The room wasn't ready on time. Couldn't regulate the shower water temperature. It was hot or extremely hot, like the cold water wasn't involved. Sofa in the room had tears and stains and needs to be replaced. No coffee maker. Only provided 1 small bar of soap, one very small shampoo and 3 plastic cups.

Very clean extremely comfortable best I've seen yet for the price an would love to stay at any of their facilities anywhere 😀

I like that my room was clean clean. And that I got an upgrade because the room I booked was no longer available. The staff were all polite and professional; Paul made my check-in stress free. The guests were all kind and considerate, and made up of families with children to single men and women; and those in the area for work related business. There were no loud noises or disruptions after quiet time. The facilities were very quaint, well kept and aesthetically appealing; this credit goes to Don the Maintenance Man and other staff members. I will definitely book here again.

Not being able to stay longer.

The suite was nice, clean and comfortable, good location.

But front desk personal was less than friendly. They would not smile, no, may I help. Thank God that the suite made up for the bad customer service.

I don’t think they serve breakfast. The location was great. The bathroom door had a big dent in it, I reported it and the said they knew about it. I also took a picture of it. Everyone was nice, I was pleased.

It was nice!! Although the elevator was broke I was lucky enough to have a room on the second floor. I also LOVED the shower it was HUGE! If I have to come back to that area I would stay there again for sure!

The location and also the friendly staff

My stay overall was good the only issue I had was I saw Roachs in my room. I would recommend this location to friends and family they just need to get someone out to spray the hotel fast.

did not have breakfast But I liked how clean it was and the location was nice. I also liked the doors locking after a certain time. The room was very nice and the bed was wonderful. and the shower was great.

I did not like that there was no pots or plates or silver ware in the room. that was one of my dislikes and the other was that I had to sign out for a iron and ironing board and had to go down to get my towels.

Conviently located to the stadium, easy walk.

Be sure to bring your own toiletries and pillows. They have a Stove top , full refrigerator and microwave.
