Close to food and gas. Room and bed very comfortable

One elevator was broken, other then slow, hallway carpets not in the best shape

The room was big and spacious. We had a kind of living room with sofas and a big room, both very spacious. The breakfast was ok and worth the money we paid for. The bed was comfortable and big. We had a TV, fridge, microwave.

The restaurant, unfortunately, was not clean. The table were dirty, and there were no staff on standby to make sure they cleaned after each resident finish to eat. The restaurant floor was dirty. Unfortunately, the place is a bit far from Washington DC for tourism purposes, so we had to look for another place to stay near the main tourist attractions in Washington such as the capitol, White House.

I love my experience at that hotel because of the young lady at the front desk her name is Midie (the spanis speaking young lady) she made my stay SO VERY pleasant I am handicapped disabled and lack of terms I have trouble walking she went out of her way to make sure that I was comfortable I am also severely anemic she made sure I had an extra blanket and then my room stayed warm the whole time I was there she helped me with my meds she's a wonderful person on her customer service skills are excellent kudos to her🧡

The manner in which the cleaning staff does their job they need better training the hotel could be a lot cleaner but the environment is lovely people are lovely the breakfast could use your event taking two consideration persons who are lactose intolerant who have gluten allergies please do something about the eggs and the sausage give a variety and more fruit please more fruit

Size of room; value; close to my destinations. Also very close to the Metro & about a half hr into DC. Twelve min to Six Flags America.

Breakfast attendant needs to prep beforehand for large crowds as I'm sure they are notified of hotels occupancy beforehand. Having coffee packets in filters; extra trays of eggs, bagels, etc ready to go when a huge crowd comes in. Also, coffee should be always available, especially at breakfast. LaQuinta standard. Also, hallways, lobby & external need to be better taken care of as in clean.

This was a convenient stay for the price! Staff maintained our room by keeping it clean. Some ACs and fridges don’t work but some rooms did - couldn’t complain much. Food they offered did the job. Elevators were a little slow but we were on the 2nd floor so didn’t matter much. Overall it was convenient and Mari at the front desk was super helpful and kind.

Booking thru booking.com will and can become an issue so I advise not using this website, they couldn’t see that I booked more than one room without me showing proof. So issues really came from booking through a third party. Have your receipts ready. Some randos chill around the back/side entrances so beware. Overall nothing we couldn’t handle at least were from ATL.

The property was close to the event I was attending and several stores.

The breakfast was horrible even the coffee was nasty. I didn’t like that only 1 elevator was working. I also didn’t like that I was not informed that a deposit was needed on the website , also the staff member who checked me in didn’t inform of it either. I was looking online and found the extra charge which was fine but I feel I should have been made aware of it before I was charged.

The rooms are clean the breakfast are amazing, professionals, respectful associates always ready to assist customers with their needs. I appreciated their services and I am ready to stay there any time I come back to DC.

Everything was fine for me I never noticed anything that makes me unconfutable. The associates are friendlies, they treat customers with respect and they assist them with any question also I noticed them helping carrying customers luggage to the room.

Location is absolutely fantastic, close to metro station for those that want to visit downtown DC. The room is very spacious and fairly clean. The facilities like the mini gym in the hotel is really nice. There are eateries and shops around. Rooms are cleaned everyday, though the cleaners knock at your door a bit too early around 9am to clean your room. I wished they could move the cleaning time to about 12 noon as people could still be in bed around 9am. the staff were friendly and are willing to help. Though, not very helpful about telling you where and how you can find places to visit if you are there as a tourist.

Breakfast is very dry and horrible as there are no variety of options of food to choose from. If you are big on breakfast in the morning, maybe this hotel will not be for you as you will definitely get disappointed. In my own opinion, the hotel may as well stop serving breakfast rather than just serving people scrambled eggs, breads, funny looking sausages and waffles which you need to make yourself. Sometimes, they run out of some of this food in the morning if you get there a bit late in the morning. One of the lifts is broken and the only lift working is like waiting forever when you call it, so you might as well use the stairs. I had to change my room as the first room given to me, some of the lights were not working.

The location is near multiple restaurants, the interstate, and shopping. We weren't far from DC or other cities in MD. This makes it a great location. Our room was a nice size with 2 queen beds.

Our room was not cleaned daily. I had to bag up my own trash and sit it outside the door. I also had to go to the front desk for more towels. But the next day towels were brought to our room.

This hotel looks like it was recently renovated so everything was pretty much clean and new. LOVED the breakfast, I'm a breakfast person and every day was 10/10. Also, everybody was very polite, I don't have any complaints :)

The only thing that was let's say weird, is that there was only one elevator working. So we used the stairs the whole time! For me, I don't care! But waiting 10 minutes just to go up and down it's not that funny. And for us was perfect because we rent a car, but if you're coming on vacation to Washington DC it is a little bit far away from everything.
