Reception staff, Isaiah pulled out all stops to get us rooms close to each other. We ended up with 2 king suites on lowest level with compromised views. But better rooms with our children close to us made all the difference. Great service Isaiah. Further to this room cleanliness, room spaciousness, staff helpfulness and abundance of restaurants.

Shower water was not hot enough throughout our stay. Spacious bathroom, roomy shower but no bath.

Ronny one of the managers went above and beyond with checking my grandparents in and making their stay special. He was attentive, friendly and very welcoming with their first time staying and visiting the MGM.

Nothing everything was very nice. Actually it would be nice if they had microwaves in the room but they did not. It was nit a huge inconvenience but the fridge is filled with items so it does not have any room for leftover food anyway.

The friendliness and helpfulness of the concierge/bellhop staff was a great introduction to the property. The check-in process was also friendly and efficient, as was the check out (in person) process. Having so many things-to-do under one roof was very nice and convenient, although we were not interested in the main attraction, the casino, at all.

The value of the amenities could be significantly better. Having so many dining options was terrific, however they were all far too expensive. As a result, we ate "off campus." Although insignificant, we were there to see the Straight No Chaser show in your beautiful theater, as a result of an MPT perquisite. However, there are NO PBS T.V. options on your satellite system.

Property was exceptional and provided everything needed! Norma and Renee were very personable and professional! They both represented the MGM brand very well.

While I enjoyed the free parking in front of the property, it would be great if the lot could be expanded a tad and made closer.

The location, the hotel and it's property is beautiful and well maintained. We weren't not expecting holiday decorations but I'm glad we didn't miss it, they were enormous and amazing. The view of the city from our room was equally as nice.

. We checked in around 630, enjoyed the restaurants and casino. When we returned to our room around 11pm it smelled like weed. *thumbs down* We called to front desk to report it and the manager on duty came to address immediately. He sprayed something that deodorized the room very quickly. This was the only down side to our stay.

After waiting for extreme amount of time, the young lady that assisted me was kind, and was committed to resolving my issues and apologized for the long wait

The guy that originally checked me in I believe his name was David, not really good with names but he answered the phone multiple times while checking me in, mid conversation, didn’t excuse himself. Constant interruptions which led to me missing Dinner at the steakhouse. Checkin took about 30 mins, I paid with booking.com and somehow he deleted my payment, he was not attentive or seemed to want to help me.

The atmosphere and the cleanliness of the hotel were exceptional! The staff was friendly, especially the valet parking staff. We will definitely visit again!!

We had a Potomac Queen Room, which was a very nice room. Our only complaint was that the bathroom only had a curtain instead of a door for privacy. Only the bathroom toilet was enclosed with an actual door.

Service was spectacular and hotel exceeded my expectations.

Loved the idea of refrigerator in room but it was a Minibar and full of items for sell. There was no where for me to store my food items and medications. Could use a better way and maybe not store so many items for sale.

The room was very nice. This was the second time my husband and I stayed. The room was very clean, and the bed was comfortable. We did not have breakfast.

We ordered room service Friday night after the Patti Labelle show. Ordered 2 slices of pizza and a salad. The pizza was cold, would have expected it to be a little warmer than room temperature.

Beds were very comfortable and rooms were very clean, Housekeeping staff were amazing and ROSA on the 11th floor went beyond the call of duty !!! I would so return !! Bottled water in the room was a plus.

Everything was perfect, We are happy customers!!
