Location to the conference Centre was convenient. The hotel was also safe generally with less human traffic. The room was clean with minimum amenities like ironing board. .

The off-loading bay Infront of the Hotel reception is too small and lots of traffic. It is not easy to locate this Hotel because of lack of signs or visible flag, as an outsider i find it hard to find the hotel. Lack of parking, we were promised that parking was included and is available, little did we know that you meant a public parking and we had to pay for such, this was not clarified although we asked at the time of booking.

Room had a fabulous view of the Capitol Wheel and surrounding areas, very nice comfortable room, cleaning staff did an excellent job turning the rooms daily. Accommodations are top notch, staff is friendly and helpful. Area is fantastic. Great restaurants, great attractions. The Ferry access to old town Alexandria, District Wharf, and Georgetown Waterfront is awesome. Very cool, and fun place to stay. The fireplace in the main lobby is a super relaxing area to chill out and lounge.

Room was a bit small. The shower seemed outdated. There was some discoloration that looked as if it came from some sort of chemical spill on the floor of the shower. The shower head was fixed to the wall. I prefer showers with the removable wand sprayers. The check-in desk is inconveniently located on the second floo and there is no way to access it directly from the street. The load and unload area on Waterfront Street is abysmally cramped and dangerous when busy, causes street congestion, and raises the potential for accidents. Weekends can be loud for those relaxing in their rooms on the weekends, but that sort of comes with the territory of staying in a fun hotspot.

The location of the hotel was great no complaints there. The room was very clean. The hotel itself is very clean. This was our second stay and we did not have the breakfast we preferred a more down to home meal for breakfast.

We did not like the fact the room didn't have a microwave, The only ice machine was on the 8th floor hidden in a room. Purchased two sodas from the hotel snack station which cost $8. This hotel is more for business people than luxury staying.

Location and very close to parking. Cleanliness of the hotel. Staff was friendly. Room is small buy cozy.

Bed is very soft. If you have lower back issues it might be a consideration. Maybe just a one time thing, but between midnight and 2am people kept slamming their door and yelling down the hallway.

Continental breakfast should be included. I was charged $15 for a toasted croissant with butter, a couple pieces of (bitter) pineapples and 6oz cup of cranberry juice. Also, upon entering the hotel the door was locked (at 3pm) and you had to wait to be buzzed in

Booking.com did not actually make the reservation with the hotel for me. When I tried to check in the night before with the code that booking sent me, it said my reservation did not exist. I spoke with the property and they had no record of a reservation in my name. The hotel was able to book a room for me and save the day. Booking.com was an unreliable part of this trip. The rest of the trip was fantastic.

With those prices it would've been nice to have continental breakfast included with the suite. I would've also appreciated the balcony being cleaned of the pollen that heavily collected there. Outside of that it was a wonderful experience!!!

I liked the location. The room was very nice and clean. I liked the fact that it was close to everything, and everything was within walking distance.

What could have been better was the room only had one set of towels for two people. Also they had an ice bucket and no wine or cocktail glasses in the room. We had to go down to the bar to get wine and cocktail glasses. For the amount of money we had to pay for the room, they should have had glasses in the room.

Great location. Very clean guest room. King room was a good size. Easy wifi connection.

Customer service at check-in was rushed. I didn’t understand all the information because it was rushed through by the receptionist who didn’t seem to care if I understood or not. Also, coffee service in the mornings available in the breakfast area should be complementary for all guests and not $2.35 - don’t be so greedy!

Great location! Walking distance to Starbucks, shops and restaurants. Water view from the hotel. Nice gym, bar located on site and lots of lounge space.

There is no shuttle to or from the MGM or outlets. Parking is limited and the only option you have is to park in the very expensive parking garage. WiFi access wasn’t great.
