Our entire stay was beyond our expectations. We had a two-bedroom apartment that had plenty of room. Both rooms were very comfortable. We had plenty of space in the living area, kitchen and dining area in the room. We were surprised that the outdoor pool and hot tub was available during the winter months. It was a real treat sitting in the outdoor hot tub when it was so cold outside. The hotel was beautiful and we can't wait to come back and stay again.

We had requested late checkout and the best we were offered was 11 a.m., which we very happy to get; however, we would have liked to have stayed longer so that we could have enjoyed the outdoor accommodations and been able to go back to our room to get showers. We had so many planned activities that we were limited on our actual time at the hotel.

Staff. they sit at the front like vultures watching your every move as you come in and out, trying to COERCE you into a tour. They need customer service training and not sales training cus them trying so hard, practically begging and guilt tripping me into a tour was a real turn off. Makes me not want to even consider a tour or buying because of that. The cleaning staff is super nice though

Loved Monday night karaoke. The two facilitators were superb. The location was attractive and clean throughout.

Being in our 70's the bathroom toilet in the room seemed so low it felt almost like sitting on the floor. Plus there was no heat lamp in the bathroom which we are accustomed to having. There were no instructions for the use of the coffee maker or how much coffee to use in it. Also there was no washer & dryer in our unit which we usually have.

The room was really nice, spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff was really helpful. The room had everything I needed to spend a week and feel really comfortable, almost like home.

The location was a bit far from DC and the busses to the Old Town were not always on time. Also, since the place borders two states the scooters for rent were only working in one state. This was annoying since to get to the Old Town you need to cross the state border. Of course, this has nothing to do with the hotel itself.

The staff was amazing, and even decorated the lobby for the anime convention I was in town for.

It was a little stressful seeing some having their reservations canceled the week before the event and the week of, even after money was taken from them. Thankfully, mine was not and I was able to enjoy myself.

Apartment-style hotel. Each apartment is large, had includes kitchen+living room, separate bedroom, separate bathroom. Beds are very comfortable and large. Rooms are clean.

No dislikes, but something to be aware: - No opportunity to have breakfast in the hotel (unless you of course use your own kitchen). However there are plenty of choices in the area - Rooms serviced every 5 days I believe, which was no problem for me, but good to be aware

I had a low tire pressure indications in my rental car. The amenities bay tire inflator was broken. Philip retrieved his own tire inflator and helped me fill my tires. he saved me time and headache. Thanks Philip!

The check-in process slowed us down. We almost missed our 8PM appointment.

Marketing pressuring to do a 90 minute session. I have a $60 charge on my credit card. I told the person the next day that my husband and I would not be able to participate. I was told a refund would be processed and that has not happened

The room was amazing and the facilities were on point, I always try to stay at the Wyndham every time I come to the national harbor. I love the kitchen in my room, it has everything I need to cook breakfast and dinner for me and my friends.

No longer has free parking come with the stay.in the nearby parking garage.

We stayed here a few times...very spacious room that is clean, decorated nicely, price is great and location is very convenient...couldn't ask for more...and parking garage is right across the street!
