The location was great, room was nice, good breakfast.

No parking. I had a torn achilles tendon and had to wear a boot. Had to park at the garage and walk farther and lug all our luggage farther than if the hotel had a garage. Also, when it was time to checkout, we asked if we could bring our car closer to the front of the hotel temporarily, just enough time to get our luggage out and not have to carry it all the way to the parking garage. We were told there was no pull off area on the road in front of the hotel, so again we hauled our luggage up the hill to where our car was parked only to discover there was indeed a pull off area to load our car right in front of the hotel!!!

The distance from the parking garage to the hotel was short and the location of the hotel in proximity to restaurants and bars was nice making it easy to walk to our desired destinations. The variety of breakfast foods available was nice. The room size was also great and it was nice being able to use Google Chromecast to watch streaming services from my phone on the TV which was a great size.

We were provided with wrong times for breakfast and check-out when we checked in which was confusing. There was also some hair in the shower (on the wall and floor) that shows the shower was not properly cleaned prior to us using it. There wasn't enough lighting in the room. There isn't ceiling lights anywhere except the bathroom and right inside the door. You have to switch multiple smaller switches to turn on multiple little lights for any additional light which still isn't that bright.

The staff could not have been nicer! The room was clean and in a great location. I was celebrating my birthday with a few friends and we had dinner at the restaurant on-site and it had great views & the best food! We came down a few times to the little snack counter for some midnight snacks and the person working said, "come back anytime, I'm here all night" which cracked us up because we would indeed come back multiple times for more little snacks! I would absolutely stay here again!

We loved the location. The included breakfast was fantastic. The staff were so nice and helpful! When we arrived our a/c in our room was broken but they staff gave it all their attention and got it fixed and us comfortable as soon as possible. I am still thinking about the shrimp and wings that we got from the restaurant, they were so good!

When we first checked into our room the a/c was broken and the hair on the drain hadnt been cleaned but the staff were super responsive and got it fixed quickly and continued to check on us throughout our entire stay!

It was clean & accessible to everything that was offered at the National Harbor. I would like to recognize the housekeeper that service my room because she went above & beyond expectations. I will definitely stay again at this property. I would also like to recognize the two ladies that checked us out & the one that searched for a guest services attendant to help me with my luggage & lastly the attendant showed up promptly at my departure with a cheerful attitude & muscles. Thanks to all the staff for a very pleasant stay at your hotel & I can’t wait to return.

I was really pleasantly surprised with this place, since I do not normally stay at Hyatt's. The staff were very friendly, especially in the breakfast area. The breakfast was very good and reasonably priced at $11. My room overlooked the water, had electronically adjustable blackout curtains, very large bathroom and spacious seating. The area in National Harbour has many good places to eat.

National Harbor is somewhat hard to get to.

Beautiful new hotel with wonderful views to the water and pier. The area has lots of restaurants and activities around. Rooms where large with comfy beds.

The location is far from DC. Taking an Uber was expensive and there was no public transportation. We ended up driving to parking lots in DC and leaving our car day for the day there and moving around by bus to avoid crazy traffic and parking in the city. So this “cost” have to be taken into account when going for this hotel.

Location, breakfast and staff were all amazing. The in-house restaurant and staff were also great. We were there for an event in a nearby hotel but all the staff were prepared and joined in on the fun of the local event!

Unfortunately we were disappointed with the sofa bed. We went for the king bed and sofa bed because the room was bigger but the mattress in the fold out was paper thin and the springs were stabbing us. The restaurant also had very limited vegetarian options which meant one of us had the same veggie burger for dinner our entire stay...

I had a great stay and usually choose the MGM, but decided to try your hotel this time. I was pleasantly surprised by the experience. I want to especially recognize the African American female staff member who checked me in. Unfortunately, I didn’t catch her name, but she was exceptionally friendly, polite, and knowledgeable, while also bringing a great sense of humor to the process. Please pass along my compliments to her and share this feedback with the hotel manager.

Staff were friendly, food is OK,

I dont like the policy, they took the money full amount, from my credit card instead of holding the amount, since we told them that we will pay by cash, the money will be refunded after 3 days, but already 5 days still the money did not return to my account, and I paid taxes in double, since I pay by cash, it was deducted also the tax in my credit card twice.
