The location is sheer perfection. We come from NJ for a family reunion every year and the National Harbor area is the hub of where we party after the more general family activities of the day conclude. I fall in love a little more every time I visit. This hotel's location within the Harbor District is great for bar hopping without having to put yourself at risk by driving after maybe having one too many. It's extra clean, the staff is very courteous. This is definitely my first option when I'm visiting!

The whole key card in the elevator sequence thing was a little funky at first but we got the hang of it. Also, The price was a bit higher than when we stayed at the same time last year, but with the largest rooms in most of the surrounding area, and being right in the center of the National Harbor, MGM Casino scene...it's still a really good value so I won't complain too much and will likely be staying again on my next visit

Convenience to the Gaylord & free breakfast & coffee were very convenient

My icemaker did not work. Other than that, Pertfect! Oh, Keys had to be reactivated for several people on more than 1 occassion. Front Door was scan in during early eve. Front desk (some) may need courtesy training. The younger girl/long hair on Sunday Morning & 1 male on Monday eve. Overnight housekeeper was amazing. And, staff for breakfast was amazing.

I had a great stay at the Residence Inn by Marriott. The continental breakfast was excellent, and the garage conveniently located right behind the hotel made things easy. The area was quiet, and we enjoyed walking around, especially since it’s just across the street from the Gaylord. I definitely plan to stay here again!

No complaints it was clean everything was accessible

Loved the room; loved that it had a full-size refrigerator; loved that it had a tub. The bed was very comfortable. The location was fine for my purpose. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Would have liked a few more options at breakfast such as potatoes, waffles, bacon and oranges.

Easy check in although I had to wait till noon to avoid $50 fee; I was able to work while waiting. Mu conference was at Gaylord and proximity was perfect. Great walking and numerous great food choices.

Very small king studio with tiny shower and toilet and will be tough to accommodate 2 people (advertised for 3).

Location was wonderful. Complementary breakfast was a plus.

Parking is in a separate building and can be confusing at first especially with stairs being blocked off and some of the elevators out of order. 24$ a day to park.

The housekeeping staff is superb!establishment! The front desk is superb. The breakfast was great and they offered a turkey option every morning as well as egg white selection.

The gentleman at the front desk made an error in processing my stay. However, that turned into a real plus because the front desk handled it and corrected it. How you handle situations is the true test of an establisment!

I loved the enforced quiet hours/rules in place to make sure that there weren't a bunch of room parties. It was also lovely to have a fridge where we could have food and not have to worry! Not to mention breakfast being provided as it made the mornings and the rest of our days working at the convention that much easier since it is usually difficult to get out to get food.

The only thing I didn't enjoy was how slow the internet was. It certainly wasn't your fault at all and had to do with how many people were there, but if there was any way to make it faster, that would be lovely!

I haven't travelled since the pandemic began so this was my first vacation and I enjoyed it greatly, the hotel was amazing and the staff was friendly and professional but warm when speaking with me and I definitely intend to return, Maria was my housekeeper and she was outstanding the way she took care of me and my family, I thanked her for her patience with us because we had quite a few kids in our group, thanks for a wonderful stay.

I had to leave, I wish I could've stayed longer, ha ha.

The location is perfect. National Harbor is small, but this was in the middle of everything without all of the noise late at night. We liked the room size. We didn't get breakfast, but we like that it was an option!

The main complaint is that the housekeepers in the morning were very loud, yelling throughout the hallway and knocking on our door prior to check-out time. While I understand that they need to knock on the doors to see if someone has checked out, I still think it's inconsiderate when we're on vacation.
