It had a lot around it as far as restaurants, shopping, plus a cinema right across the street. It was fairly easy to get in and out of DC from the hotel. Good public transportation with several different buses passing right in front that connected with metro lines. The hotel was very clean.

No ice machine on the third floor even though there was supposed to be one. I had to get my key-card reset a couple times.

The location is good, you can buy any food in 10 mins. There is a plaza (very close to the hotel).

Wifi, really not stable. For business trip, the Wifi is most important. When you connect a cell phone and a notebook. The internet connect slow than 4G.

Service at front desk was very slow, but I do not think this was the fault of the person staffing it. She went above and beyond to help me when I was there. My impression was that they were short staffed. The TV in my room did not work, but I reported it.

I enjoyed my stay,it was pretty much calm. The proximity to all the stores is a plus for me. Security is tight! There's the St George police parked at the car park throughout. Friendly staff.

Well the microwave didn't function well even though maintenance came around to fix it twice. It's a non-smoking premises but people still smoke along the balcony.(not nice) I think cleaning services should be available at all times not just Wednesdays. Aside from these,I enjoyed my stay!

I couldn’t believe the incidental fee was $2 and they are very reasonable priced as well. The rooms were clean and it had everything I needed as well soap and all

They don’t have room service and the towels you have in the room is pretty much what you’ll be using until you checkout same as the sheets

It took all day to bring a microwave , I called over and over for pillows, had to go and get them
