Facilities were convenient, I attended an evening event so I made it a staycation. I was very familiar with the area so the location worked out very well and you can’t go wrong with the Holiday Inn.

Well the AC unit continuously made noise. I was able to fall asleep but the noise was a little annoying. I saw the notice when I entered the hotel some renovations are taking place so that may have been the cause for the AC noice.

Staff was great. Hotel was clean. Location was great if you are going to FedEx field. The TV did not work the morning after we arrived and we called down to let them know. It had not been fixed when we got back that evening. We called down and the night guy was great! He had us in another room within 15 minutes. And they Comped us breakfast the next morning. The accommodations were fine but they do need better TVs. They are older and the pictures aren't great or no picture at all as in our first room.

It was very convenient to FedEx field.

The bed was comfortable, clean room. Theres a microwave in the room. Friendly staff. I loved the location being as though I know the area well and there is plenty of amenities close by.

The bathtub was backed up really bad I had to keep turning the water off while showering so the water can drain properly.

Location was great. Right next door to Martin's Crosswinds where I got married. Was very convenient for pre wedding preparations.

It was during renovations, kind of noisy

The front desk staff and the housekeeping were pleasant and always made sure you had whatever you needed

Really nothing just a noisy floor but had nothing to do with the hotel.

They are remolding parts of the hotel so everything wasn't there that are usually there like vending machines

Quiet and the staff are very professional and friendly plus helpful

Typical good Equipped and clean place Price is affordable and ok for a room like this. Good Bed , proper bath safe free parking and a breakfast will send you out in a good day.

That the breakfast was more or less on demand and the buffet was small wasn't visible from the beginning When we understood the way the employes brought everything what we requested - staying in normal wishes ;-)

I really liked the location, private and secluded

The pool, it looks like there is black mold growing around edges and on steps. Also the front staff could put a smile on their face, their job is customer service.

The room was nice and neat. Smelled good. I usually bring candles because the rooms I've been in previously had bad odors. But I didn't have to light it this visit. Plus the linens where nice and white. I really enjoyed my stay there. My 8 y.o. always rates the rooms and by far this was the best room we have been in he said. I agree with him. I would definitely rent a room here again.

That the parking was a little far away from the entrance. They only had one person checking everyone in so I had to wait a little before getting checked in.

It was in a great area in which I didn’t have to worry about safety and also had sufficient stores and restaurants nearby and shops.
