Bre the night shift gal was very amicable. The room was clean. It was a convenient location.

Listen, I chose this hotel because it was a reasonable price for one night, so everything reflected that choice. Judging it against my stays at a Marriot or Hilton would not be fair. Everything was good. Everything was clean. The breakfast was enough. It was all pleasant. Not stellar, but pleasant for me needs.

Our stay at the Hampton Inn College Park was very satisfying, thanks to several key features that made our visit comfortable and convenient. The hotel's location near public transport is particularly beneficial. While the best way to travel in Washington, DC is by metro, the hotel is far from the nearest metro station. However, this is easily mitigated by a bus stop outside the hotel, providing straightforward access to the metro system. The hotel's proximity to a supermarket was another plus, allowing us to purchase any essentials we needed during our stay conveniently. This added a level of convenience that we greatly appreciated. We found the breakfast good, with a decent variety of options, and the coffee met our expectations. This helped us start our days on a positive note. The room itself was a highlight. It was big, spacious, and exactly as depicted in the photos we had seen online. This alignment with our expectations contributed significantly to our overall satisfaction. We stayed at the Hampton Inn College Park for four nights and were very pleased with our experience.

Although the hotel is far from the city centre, the area has its own charm and offers a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle of downtown DC.

Location to campus was great. Felt safe. The hot continental breakfast was one of the best we have had at this level hotel. A new selection every day including two or three of the following each day - smoked sausage, scrambled eggs, southwestern omelets, biscuits and gravy, corned beef hash, potatoes. Plus the standard carbs like waffles, bagels, toast, cereal, etc. Beds are very comfy. Nice amount of charger areas for multiple people including regular wall outlets and USB ports. We had four people and never had to fight over an electrical outlet or port. Every staff member was super friendly!

No exhaust fan in bathroom. Water pressure in shower for massage wasn't strong.

My room was very spacious and clean. We had plenty of towels. I loved the provided shampoo and lotion and hand soap in the rooms that were attached to the wall. Good shower with good pressure.

I wish the pillows on the bed were fluffier. My non smoking floor smelled like marijuana in the halls for two of the four days we were they which I found unpleasant. However, my room smelled fine.

Staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and spacious.

The king sized bed was not very comfortable unfortunately. I did talk to a staff member the following morning. He said the beds are all the same and sometimes people say the same thing. I did not ask to change rooms based upon his response.

My hot tub was awesome I had 2 refrigerators and a marker wave in my sweet. I love this place and will be back next year for vacation as well me and my wife It was a great day we didn't really eat the breakfast cause we always woke up later than they serve the breakfast but there were lots of awesome. Sites? Really near the hotell like the Washington monument the White House. The world war two memorial oh Everything was clean they gave us new towels every time we asked.

The maids in the morning time would slam the doors and yell up-and-down the hallways while we were trying to sleep. I opened the door and stared at 1 of them and then shut the door they pretty much got the hit and we never heard from a much after then also a basketball team checked in on our 2nd night. And they as well were slamming doors all night long yelling and running up-and-down the halls. It was quite frustrating and when I ask to talk the manager. Would be in for the 4 days of my stay.

The location was great. Easy access although parking seemed limited. Check in was a breeze, I was at the counter for less than 3 minutes and the lady was sweet. The room was like a 1 bedroom apartment. There was plenty of space for my family of 5 for the night, and honestly would have easily accommodated us for a longer stay if needed. There is no lack of cabinet or counter space either for a hotel room. We opted-in on the hot breakfast in the morning and we weren't at all disappointed. My kiddos LOVED being able to make their own waffles, and over all the selection worked for us, including my picky eater. We'd absolutely stay again!

The only complaint that we have is that in the pictures it shows a room with a bath tub, and ours had a shower. We only have shower at home and everyone was pretty excited to soak in the tub, so when we got there and realized we didn't have one it was kind of a bummer.

The front staff lady working the afternoon shift was very nice and helpful. She was wonderful!

Our toilet in our room would run for a long time. I had to take the back of the tank off and fix the chain after each flush.

Convenient location…access off the highway, near decent (various types of) restaurants and UMD campus.

Minor but for breakfast, if possible, add small fridge for individual milk breakfast drinks or have more milk options.

The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast includes protein options to get your day started! Clean facilities and friendly staff.

The hotel is currently under going renovations but they've done a great job working around their current operations with minimal disturbance. Can't wait to see the results of the renovations!
