I appreciated it that the room was clean and look to be well cared for. Having the microwave in my room was convenient and appreciated also,

The only thing I can say that I did not totally like was the shower and the fact that there was no door. I was getting water on the floor which I didn't think was safe. I don't know how I would have felt about that shower situation had I been with someone? I also don't know if I would have had a different type of structure had I not traveled alone? Thinking back, I also there was something wrong with the shower head.

The staff was incredibly helpful. I accidentally left some items in the fridge after checking out, and the cleaning crew not only retrieved the glass container and lid I forgot, but also emptied and washed them for me. I also appreciated the parking — it's in an indoor garage with swipe card access, which made me feel safe leaving my car there. The electric blind out curtain really help blocking the light, i had a good sleep.

My room was near the elevator, so I could hear people chatting while they waited. The noise continued until around 11 p.m. A sign near the elevator reminding guests of quiet hours might help, or perhaps improving the soundproofing of the room doors. Also, the door shuts loudly if not closed gently, which adds to the noise.

The sfatts were all great and very helpful. Any concern was addressed right away by the staffs. For example we needed some towels the next evening and it was brought in immediately. I live in the area, this was a treat for my husband who was visiting from Europe. It was easy for us to shovel between the hotel and our home. The hotel is just beautiful period. Very modern. The beds were very comfortable, giving us good nights of sleep and relaxation. We stayed for 2 weeks, we had the opportunity of sleeping in different rooms, as I was not sure what the hotel looked like at booking. I book 1 week, once we came in, we liked it and book the next week, that is how we tried another bed since we changed room. Good place for relaxation, it's quite.

There's nothing I can think of.

The rooms are clean and spacious. The bathroom is big, the bed is also big and comfy. All facilities are in place. The staff is not impolite and somewhat helpful.

Despite the room service being every three days only (which is perfectly fine), my toiletries were not replenished. Given the price per night, it is ridiculous that the guests need to ration the soap or toilet paper. In the otherwise perfect bathroom, they decided to install a cloth shower curtain that has no fixation at the bottom. It bulges out, so that water gets everywhere during showering. Why force people into complicated choreography during showering? Plus, the hotel offers no breakfast, not even a very simple one, which can make life complicated.

Up-to-date, clean, location, exercise facility, restaurant, self-serve coffee bar, room quality, lobby quality.

I strongly dislike the use/move to disposable cups in the room. It is *so cheap*. I mean, to stay in an upscale hotel with nice facilities and then get paper/styrofoam cups for my coffee? It’s like Motel 6. Plus, has the hotel heard about the environmental catastrophe going on? Please, for the sake of the planet and style, return to glass and ceramic!

Comfort of the room, Bluetooth in the bathroom!

Not having breakfast definitely brought the value down for me, especially for the cost. Also, the temperature in the refrigerator was broken and the refrigerator did not get cold. The stay was very comfortable however, front desk was incompetent. Daelvin (mispronounced his name) was no where to be found, there was no assistance from the “staff” waiting in the lounge, and he did not apologize after making my friends wait to check in and assist with a lock out.

Beautiful hotel. Even the fragrance in the lobby was inviting. The staff was extremely friendly and professional. The room was clean, well appointed and had smart technology in use to control the environment. The proximity to food, abd attractions was great. The area is very walkable. I felt safe and really enjoyed my stay. I even joined the hotel members club and my stay

Restaurant and bar options not available. Toilets are too low. They seem lower than standard height. No helper bar near toilet to assist. Also lighting in room was a bit dark.

Lovely spacious room with 2 double beds which were really comfortable with great pillows. Coffee facilities and fridge welcome addition and nice clean spacious bathroom with good water pressure. Great location for visiting university. Lovely welcoming foyer & well equipped gym.

No breakfast or restaurant facility at the moment. No room service over the 3 days. Limited tea/coffee for stay.

Nice clean rooms and a very nice bathroom. Nice touch on the Bluetooth mirror that was cool

The man who checked us in was a little rude. I booked through booking.com and it didn’t say I needed to be 21 to book a room there and check in so he refused to let me check in even though I told him I wasn’t aware of that policy and then my fiancé checked in but they wouldn’t take my credit card because it was in my name and not his, but he does not own a credit card so we had difficulty being able to check in due to all of this

The rooms are very nice. It smelled really good in the elevators and hallways lobby etc. plenty of parking available. The supply of body wash and shampoo and conditioners in the shower smelled good. I brought my own so I didn’t have to use it but it’s good to know for future trips.

The poor lighting in the room. It’s only one main light by the door. The rest are small lamps. On a good sunny day if you let the curtains up you can get good lighting but if not oh well. No restaurant inside the hotel either.
