It was next to the university which was perfect for visiting our daughter. The room was very comfortable and clean.

The breakfast wasn’t great. Very small selection of foods. Parking is an extra $10 a day but we were shocked about was the $100 pet fee! The site says charges may apply but doesn’t state the amount. We were quite shocked with the fee and wouldn’t have booked at this hotel if we knew. Booking should really state the actual charge because it is misleading.

Close proximity to reason for travel.

No one came to our room to clean it. We arrived on a Sunday and was told that someone will come by Tuesday (every other day). No one did, and when I asked about it, there was a bit of a back and forth with the woman at the desk. She later acknowledged the error and took some money off our bill, which we appreciated.

Hotel comfort, peacefulness mostly, and room was perfect-clean, neat, fresh smelling includes all the in room details I prefer to have. Kitchenette, coat hanging hooks, pull out couch, comfy king bed, breakfast included in stay and a good iron and ironing board.

Being able to hear the stomping by other visitors.

It was beautiful

The fire alarm went off in my room & the hallway on the 2nd floor. It scared me & my family that were on the same floor. We didn’t know if it was a fire, or not. I think the staff should have contacted us, to let us know what was going on.

The room was really clean

I spent 1 hour because the staff was not able to find my reservation and the guy in the front desk said there's nothing I can do. After 10 mins he said call booking.com. why this process is too chaotic

it was clean, we had all the utilities in the room, the staff was friendly and cooperative with everything, the breakfast was great.

Hidden parking fee that was not disclosed upfront. This was probably more like a Booking.com issue that they did not pit correct info on their site.

It was clean and modern, as well as very comfortable and lots of amenities. The location felt safe and was close to a lot of restaurants.

The room should be cleaned more often

The beds were very comfortable, the shower and water pressure were great, and being able to use my Netflix account on the tv was super convenient. Breakfast is also provided and had a bit more than I typically find at free hotel breakfasts.
