The location was good for what we needed - jumped on the Metro to attend a soccer game at Audi Field in DC, so it was about a mile from the College Park station. It's on north side of the street so it's difficult to get to when traveling east - need to go and turn into a parking lot to make the turnaround, but not awful. Breakfast was very good with many options and came with the price paid for the room.

The room was comfortable. I liked that there was a microwave and mini fridge. I liked the complimentary breakfast.

The freezer of the mini fridge did not work. The breakfast selection was good but would be nice to have some cheese and variety. I stayed for 5 days and every day was the exact same things. Variety of eggs, variety of protein, would be nice. The WiFi was terrible. I had it on but most part was using data. I asked for late checkout online and request was denied. I emailed the property and had no response.

Hotel was nice and was very convenient to the purpose of our trip. The amenities were nice and the workout room was exceptional.

About 3:00 am, I noticed the floor in our room was wet. Since the bathroom floor was dry, the water had to be coming from outside of our room. It had rained heavily the day before, so perhaps it was rainwater leaking through the roof, although nothing appeared to be dripping from the ceiling (we were on the top floor), or something overflowing in another room. We left later in the morning and the desk staff seemed genuinely concerned, which was nice.

The guy working at the front desk overnight, He was very welcoming and had a great personality at 12:30-1am in the morning. He definitely has my vote for employee of the year... and the holiday Inn was great clean comfortable and safe 👌 Definitely will stay here again Monica A. From the Bronx!!

Suit room, large living room and a bedroom. There are tv and bathrooms in both of the room. Redrigerator, microwave and cafee machine are available. Parking lot is sufficient. Hotel is closed to metro station and public transportation.

There is coffee machine in the room but they do not put coffee and cups daily.

The room was comfortable and adequate for my needs. The location was close to the campus where I was dropping off my son. The bed was the most comfortable hotel bed I've slept on recently. I got a really good night's rest. The bathroom was super clean and well equipped. The fridge and microwave in the room were really handy.

I couldn't raise the height of the desk chair so I had to use a pillow. The small table in the room was wobbly so I couldn't use it to work or eat. Generally quiet, but there was quite a lot of noise and bumping starting around 6am. This helped me get going a bit sooner than I would have, so it was okay.

Love the location. The staff is extemely pleasant and accomodating. The facilities are clean. Love the breakfast. The price is good. My son is at UMD and I stay here frequently when visiting. It is usually my first choice in accomodations if available.

The use of their van service was awesome. We got dropped off and picked up at mass transit into DC. The driver noticed our 3 yr old granddaughter had new Paw Patrol shoes. When we went down for breakfast the next morning he remembered us and turned Paw Patrol cartoon on the TV. That's customer service for every age. The front desk also had treats for her on Halloween. Nice touch to have foot scraper outside since it was raining.

The hide a bed was not comfortable but worked for a child.

The laundry facility was a bonus however had to wait sometimes as not all machines were functional. Good number of restaurants near by. Was easy to access Washington DC via Uber/lyft Breakfast was almost the same on both days

So happy the rooms came with a microwave and fridge. Beds were comfortable.

The carpets in the rooms were damp. The knob for the shower needs to be fixed or adjusted.
