Rooms were spacious, clean and staff was friendly

Breakfast time gets busy and many times they are slow at restocking the fruit, and eggs, mostly. We are always waiting on the healthy stuff to be replenished. Also, the larger suite, the conference room table and chairs near the kitchen is just odd and doesn't match the rest of the decor, takes away from how great the room could be decorative wise. They should get actual kitchen table and chairs, not conference room furniture, I LOVE the King rooms, they're smaller but much more fashionable with the bar style table and chairs.

This property was comfortable and clean. I also loved the room service. Whenever I needed something, they brought it right away. We had mostly everything that we needed in our room. They even provided dove products. Breakfast wasn’t the best but there was a variety

Parking is a little tight and the dining area where you eat breakfast was small. It got full pretty quickly so we ate in the outside area both days.

We had a one night stay. The gentleman who checked us in upgraded our room. I'm sure it was because they were sold out, but it was still appreciated.

There wasn't anything major. The only thing was that after the check-in process, we were told to take the elevator to the designated floor. The issue was that we didn't know where the elevators were, and we weren't directed. We walked away from the desk, looking around until we walked back to ask where they were.

The compound is quite and peaceful. The cleanness and also house keeping is super. The kitchen is fully equipped. They do have social time three days in a week. They provide lite bites and drinks for free. This is very special and really appreciate it.

The only comment I have is about the cofee machine. It is good if they have also other type of coffee makers like the coffee kettle. Since I came from highly coffee consuming culture we use different brewing or boiling.

My sisters and I were upgraded to a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom suite complimentary. The rooms were very clean and the breakfast was very filling even for vegetarians. We told all our friends to stay here the next time they are in Greenbelt area and we plan to come back too. Special thanks to Jose the receptionist for welcoming us in when we arrived late in the day. And the nice lady receptionist with the beautiful nails who let us take our time checking out. You both left a great impression on all of us. Thank you!

I see a lot of not so positive reviews which made my decision to stay incredibly hard but everyone is CRAZY!!! This was absolutely the best hotel I have stayed at this far. The showers were HOT and the water pressure was AMAZING!! The beds were super comfortable and HUGE!! The value for this hotel was absolutely unmatched! I will be back!!!!

Staff and front desk were great, very helpful and informative. The breakfast and evening complimentary meals were incredible! Food was safely covered, warm and replenished at all times. Staff was courteous and supplied all request. Also, breakfast was available till 10:30 on the weekends!

Not enough handicapped parking and breakfast was the same everyday up until My last day they added bacon. The drink machines was not working during morning hrs. I could only get ice and the laundry should be free and also not enough light on back side seating area

My stay at the hotel was wonderful! The room was exceptionally clean, and the entire hotel was gorgeous inside and out. Everything was extremely comfortable, making it a truly relaxing experience. The breakfast was fresh, hot, and absolutely delicious. This will definitely be my go-to place whenever I’m in the Greenbelt area!

The location and room size was great. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was 5 stars

The only issue I had was not being able to control the ac correctly because I couldn't read where I putting the air because it digital screen was not working.
