The hotel’s location was convenient, especially for traveling to and from my aunt’s place, which was about 20 minutes away. The area was quiet, and we had no issues parking a bobtail, which was a big plus. I also appreciated that we were able to reserve a room and pay upon arrival, which was great and stress free.

The only downside was that I believe I requested a king bed but ended up with two queens instead. Additionally, one of the beds squeaked a bit when lying on it.

When I checked in the gentleman was very friendly, helpful, and considerate, understood that I preferred a room on an upper level and got in one, but when I walked in, it smelled like the previous person in the room had used too much either body spray or similar aromatic substance and being sensitive to smells, I knew it was going to give me a headache. The front desk man had no problem moving me to another room that was so much better!

Hamptons are always a pleaser!

Small items which was reported to staff. Bathroom vanity sink faucet was very loose but still useable. Bedside table lamp shade was broken - neither of which is a big deal by any means. Things I pointed out upon arrival so that we were not held responsible. This will not stop me from always preferring Hampton Inns.

Location is great near just about everything you need, and also very quiet area.

I’m very particular about the bedding and so thought the pillows were way too soft so I really could not get comfortable. I’m sure I could have exchanged another set of pillows at the desk but I chose not to bother the staff. Lastly the bathroom sink drained very slow I’m sure a clogged sink was the issue.

Rooms were clean, staff that we encountered were very friendly and accommodating.

Friday night stay the water in the shower was hot, Saturday not it would get warm but not hot and the same thing happened on Sunday morning. Not sure if it was just that so many people were staying at the hotel or not. It appeared several travel soccer teams were at the hotel with kiddos everywhere.

Location was perfect, Staff was extremely kind and responsive and helpful.

Breakfast was mediocre and not many options. No consideration for guests with dietary restrictions and only Apple and oranges were fruits available two days in a row. Of the 2 waffles maker, 1 was not working properly.

The breakfast was good everthing was really nice.

Getting a Taxi was poor everthing is you have to call Lyft or Uber I'm a Tourist and not familiar was such transportation ,more assistance is needed there.Giid but could

The staff was great. And so was the breakfast. I stayed here last year, around the same time. So I like the location. There were many restaurants to choose from.

The water in the shower never seemed to get very hot. I believe one of the towels was stained. The bed was not very comfortable. I remember is being much nicer the last time we stayed here.

The location was close to where I needed to be.

I called ahead and let a staff person know I would be late but still wanted the room I booked and she told me ok. Once I got to the Inn she had took the room I booked off booking. So I had some anxiety but the other staff member assured that she would get me a room. I drove 14 hours with no sleep so I thank God for her getting me a room.

Breakfast was great. Good location. Room was very nice.

Shower head was bad. It's something about all hotels having crappy shower heads, but this one was worse than most. Being caked with scale from hard water didn't help.
