The location of the hotel was great and the staff friendly. The woman setting out the breakfast was attentive and friendly to the needs of the clientele.

I would have liked to have seen eggs served at breakfast, as too many carbs were served. On another note, I have stayed there in the past for one night and didn't realize that if there for more than one night you need to request to have someone come in your room to empty garbage and change towels. Wish someone told me this at check in. My room also had a very bad smell coming out the vent in the bathroom after taking a shower. When I told the person at the front desk they said they would report this and have it checked out. So, they stay on top of things!

The Night Desk Supervisor and the Day Time Desk Supervisor both provided my family with superior customer service. My husband has cancer and we had to stay at the hotel while a new HVAC system was being installed in our home. The staff was very attentive and very understanding. They made us feel right at home. We live in Crofton so it was so nice to have a clean, safe and pleasant place for us to stay yet it was close to home so we could take turns checking on the contractors. Thank you for hiring such wonderful staff members.

The location was great! Our room wasn’t ready at 3pm but they switched us to another room that was clean and ready. The room smelled good. There are windows seats in the room were big enough to sleep on. The staff was friendly. It’s right next to a Wegmans, shopping strip, Outback Steakhouse, and Mission BBQ. There is a fireplace outside to gather around. Breakfast consisted of bagels, waffles, cereal, oatmeal, fruit, hard boiled eggs, waffles, coffee, tea, yogurt and juice.

I really liked the view from the room. The window seat was so cozy. The fridge and microwave were great amenities. Everything was clean and up to date. The breakfast set up was "germ free", with options, clean, and replenished timely. The room was really comfortable and the hotel was decorated so nice for the holidays. The front desk staff and the cafe attendant were professional, kind, and helpful. The area was great in order to walk to enjoy shopping, restaurants, and entertainment. Great staycation location!

We enjoyed everything. We had no complaints because everything was wonderful. We will be back.

Easy check-in. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Everything was clean and inviting decor. I slept in the double queen room and it was super clean, roomy and accommodating for a family of 6. The window had a huge bay window with seating so you could sit with your coffee and look out the window. The bathroom was spacious and clean. I have no complaints about this hotel. The price point was great as well.

The breakfast selection can be more robust. But it was ok with the basics. Maybe include a waffle maker and hard boiled eggs. The bagels and cereal had great options. Most places don’t have decaf coffee, this hotel had decaf coffee which was nice to see.

We enjoyed our stay. We have stayed at this hotel many times and will come back again if ever we are in the area. Clean, efficient, accommodating staff especially the front desk and dining area. They let us store my daughter's graduation cake in their refrigerator. Hotel is close to many restaurants and grocery store

The surprise for this place is the location. There are dozens of great restaurants -- particularly excellent local seafood -- within a 15 minute drive. Wegman's right across the street is open to all hours and has almost anything a person could want.

Breakfast was a bit meagre.

Our two (2) night stay was great! Upon entering you can smell “clean”! The entire staff during our stay was welcoming, helpful and friendly. Elijah Coles was working the front desk when we checked out and he left quite an impression. We will ABSOLUTELY book here again. Thank you, Microtel, for a great experience.

Clean comfortable room and facilities. Very good location as it is located next to Waugh Chapel Town Center with lots of places to dine and a Regal Cinema . Near Target and next to Wegman's groceries. But don't limit your dining options in the town center, there's plenty more within 5 miles. Also situated between Baltimore Airport and Annapolis. Very good value for the money compare to the hotels on Riva road.. I highly recommend this hotel If you are in town to visit your Midshipmen at USNA, and don't mind driving an extra 8 miles. I also recommend Akira Ramen, Nando's Peri-Peri chicken, Hibachi Bento and an authentic Mexican resto El Cabrito. All very good value for your hard earned money.

breakfast could have been better by adding hot meals like eggs, sausages, biscuit and gravy, waffles/pan cakes etc.

Room was clean and spacious, the pet fee is super reasonable and they’re very flexible! The staff was kind and helpful and I was overall super impressed with the location and the fire pit on the patio was extremely adorable. Definitely our new go to next time we’re in town!

The beds were pretty firm for my liking but the pillows were comfy and everything seemed really clean which was nice.
