We liked the billiards table, the breakfast was great as usual for Hampton, the staff was very friendly and accommodating. There were some aspects of the building that needed upkeep (broken trim/unwashed windows/missing paint) but overall the cosmetic issues weren't a show stopper.

We cut our visit short because the outdoor pool was closed and went somewhere with an indoor pool. The staff was able to help us do this without incurring extra costs. Would stay again. Also it was nestled in a corner so it was a slightly longer drive to get to any amenities.

The hotel is clean and I really liked the design of the room, the hotel was clean and the atmosphere was very cozy, the people were very friendly. The breakfast was very good, very good relationship between price and service.

The lock on my room door didn't work at all and the door was left open without realizing it. nothing serious happened. The carpet in the hallway on the first floor and the room should be changed, it is very deteriorated.

Staff are attentive, clean room, outdoor pool and quiet.

$10 per day parking fee is ridiculous. I agree with a parking charge if you are not staying at the hotel but for guests who are, imo it’s pure fleecing. A lot of hotels in that area are doing this now when they have huge parking lots, it’s a rip.

Clean efficient rooms; kind friendly staff; decent breakfast. We know what we’ll get when we book at Hampton Inns.

Lighting in the rooms is so dim - especially difficult with only one window and winter season low light. Also, I find it OUTRAGEOUS that you now pay $10 per night to park your own car outdoors in an open lot (new this visit).

The complementary breakfast was a plus ! The room was clean and the personal super attentive I needed help with some office copies and the front desk lady was extremely helpful to me , we enjoyed The pool on this 95° weather , it could use a little more maintenance but nothing serious , and it's only 10 minutes drive to the historic Annapolis.

Location was great! Room was comfortable and was ok clean but my standard of clean is very high. The rest of the hotel was not clean at all!

Hotel needs a deep cleaning and carpet throughout needs to be changed to vinyl plank flooring to be more sanitary!!

Friendly staff. Very clean. Great location. Rooms were roomyClose to downtown Annapolis and many eating establishments. Breakfast was good with many choices.

Nothing I really did not like. Bottom sheets did not stay in place. Room temperature was always hot even when you kept it on 60. Hard to regulate shower temperature. Hotel a little hard to get to.

Location was great , right off the highway , but not ON the highway. Located in a quiet area of an office park and not a residential area , I think is the perfect location. It was quiet , and we felt safe. Room was very clean , bed was comfortable , and the TV was a big screen. Staff was very friendly. If I need to travel back to this area , I would book here again.

The staff were excellent. One went as far as helping us take and load our luggage. The front desk was superb in customer service.

The facility. Elevator buttons are damaged. Our unit door does close all of the way. You have to pull it to make sure it closed. Hotel needs updates on carpet in Hallway and room or at least a deep shampoo. Paint would help. Otherwise, the room was clean, mattress okay.

Excellent location. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Pet friendly even in the lobby which is nice. I’m sure if the dog was barking or otherwise drawing attention to itself, perhaps they wouldn’t be welcome. It’s nice when dogs are judged on an individual basis. Room was comfortable and the hotel was very clean.
