The property seemed newly renovated which made us feel “welcomed”. The staff was extremely helpful because when we arrived home and discovered we lost our keys, they went out of their way to locate them and helped arrange for us to get them.

Upon checking in, there was an odor of marijuana in the lobby. We booked several rooms and each of us had much difficulty using the key card to access our rooms. One of our rooms was an accessible room and the grab bar next to the toilet was too high to afford proper leverage to assist with getting up. With multiple remotes and no instructions, some of us had difficulty operating the TV. SUGGESTION: Consider installing a proper door stop because the door into the room swings open too wide and the handle hits the wall.

Room was nicely remodeled. The breakfast was awesome. The room was large and fully featured with fridge and microwave. Staff was friendly and helpful. The hostess for breakfast was great. Nice visit.

Toilet did not flush easily. You had to hold the handle down forseverL seconds.

The room was very spacious, clean, with a bed with a good mattress. There was one stain on the carpet that was quite noticeable, though. The location of the hotel was convenient to all our plans in Annapolis.

The air conditioner didn't seem to cool in line with the set temperature. The breakfast area seemed small.

We didn’t have breakfast at the hotel so I can’t rate it. The room was very comfortable and the bed and bedding extremely first class. Had a really good nights sleep.. Bathroom a bit on the small side, but quite adequate.

We were only there for 1 night so there was nothing to complain about.

Breakfast was fulfilling. The room and bed was comfortable. The only problem was the shower was not safe. Water was overflowing as I completed my shower on the floor

Everyone in the staff we talked to was extremely kind and helpful. Breakfast was beyond our expectations, with a different freshly made crepe every morning, bacon or sausage, yogurt, fruit, cereals, etc.

The location is convenient to visit the area, being close to Annapolis and to the bridge that connects to the eastern shore. But if you only want to visit Annapolis you can probably find something closer to the center.

Everything was wonderful. The staff, the accommodations, to the room itself. It was clean and very spacious. I even had two friends visit with no problem when I was there. You guys made my Christmas one of the greatest from visiting out of town.

I wish the breakfast went longer than until 9:30am.

The breakfast selection were too not lumières and not the best. I’ve been to other holiday inns the breakfast at those locations were by far better

BREAKFATS WAS GREAT, LOVED THE COFFEE/TEA AND FRESH FRUIT ALWAYS AVAILABLE. GREAT LOCATION AND SAFE. EASILY WALKABLE TO RESTURANTS AND TARGET.

very easy to find .. the front desk very accommodating.. I arrived early for a wedding ( because I traveled from Nj ) was greeted with a smile and “yes we can “!! The breakfast was very good also ! The coffee amazing!!
