We were given a choice as to whether we used housekeeping services. I also liked that when my thermostat didn’t work in the first room, the engineer Edwin was immediately sent up to correct. When he could not, he made arrangements for me to be moved to another room and picked up my new keys and personally moved my luggage and made sure the new room’s thermostat was working. Both of the rooms were Spotless! The bed and bedding were comfortable. Grab bar in shower and I think the soap shelf was also a “grab bar”.

No towel bars in bathroom. Toilets were very low to the ground. Good for kids but not so for tall or large individuals. Maybe you could consider a grab bar near the toilet to help us older folks get up? I was disappointed in the restaurant facilities. Short of staff? The waiter was pleasant but the kitchen had issues. We were a party of maybe 15. Very few other patrons. Took a long time for food to come out and the quality was inconsistent. The Maryland Crab cakes were a real disappointment…we have much better in California in the mountains!

The property was very nice and well kept, and all the staff were friendly and helpful. We only had one meal at the hotel, that was breakfast, but there was a nice selection for the price and the food was decent. It was also in a good location if you're traveling to downtown Annapolis, only about 3 miles from downtown. There were also a lot of good restaurants within walking distance or a short drive from the hotel.

The bed wasn't very comfortable for my taste, it was very firm. My wife thought it was fine. Also, when the hotel is at or near full capacity, the parking lot fills up and you have to find parking at an adjacent lot.

Everything about our stay was great! The hotel was clean, the food was delicious, and the people that were working there were exceptional! I do have to say that the woman working the front desk during both our check-in and check-out, Ashley (I'm not 100% on how she spells her name), was the best part of our stay. She was so incredibly friendly and welcoming, easily making small talk and connection while checking in. She even recommended another hotel that she'd stayed in through the same company at a different location, were we to ever visit there. Our whole family was staying at the hotel because my youngest sister was going to be going to Naval Basic the next day and Ashley made sure to give her some pointers on where she should be and when, just from her experience in the hotel. I really cannot say enough good about Ashley as an employee and she is definitely a reason that guests would return to this location!

It was a pleasant atmosphere. Room was small but big enough. Window in the was tiny though.

Huge events were going on on both evenings. We were at the hotel. We were given a room on the sixth floor, which was helpful regarding noise issues but as there was so much traffic, the elevators stopped working at some point. We needed to schlep our luggage up the stairs ,six flights. There were no ice machines on the different floors of the hotel. Ice was only to be retrieved from the main level.

The property was very clean, decor and furniture in great condition. It would be nice for the rooms to include a microwave so you don’t have to use one down in the lobby. The front desk clerk was very nice but with the amount of people he was helping while also taking calls about staying there he should have had a coworker with him. There was no way he could sit on the phone for endless questions from a customer who clearly wasn’t understanding his very good responses. While he was being berated for having English as a second language which was NOT the issue it was the customer the line of actual guests began to pile up. Get your people support staff at the front desk.

I stayed with my son just to get him away from his older brothers for a night and that made him happy, we just had to get up early for school the next day so he was bummed that he missed breakfast, but other than that the room is amazingly clean and the tempest in the room met my needs, we stayed in a king room, and it was well worth it, I will definitely be booking for a nightly getaway plenty more times.

The older front desk that worked the evening shifts attitude could have been a little more friendlier, other than everything else was worth every penny spent.

Location is awesome!! For the most part the hotel was clean, comfortable, and peaceful. Hotel employees were friendly and helpful.

One of the pillowcases on our bed looked and smelled like it had not been replaced. Shower had a slow drain which caused the tub to slowly fill up while showering. Toilet paper holder was not securely attached to the wall. Room phone would not connect to front desk so I had to visit the front desk on a few occasions to ask for clean towels and toilet paper (I did request housekeeping at check in).

The location was great we were there for the fourth. Hotel was clean. The food at the restaurant wasn't bad. The room.was a nice size and the bathroom was clean.

They were very short staffed when we got there. I called and asked if they had a microwave and fridge in the room and they said yes and when we got there, we were told we had to request a microwave (Which they gave us the next day, ) they only had ice in one large container for all to retrieve from(not good) and then they ended up putting them in bags for us to retrieve. There were no ice machines elsewhere .

Very clean. Also had nice beds, pillows, bathrooms, soaps and shampoo. You can tell this hotel wants to be recognized among the best in Annapolis. It seems like they pay attention to details and are committed to giving their guests the very best experience possible. I also enjoyed the location, because there were a lot of restaurants and shopping within walking distance.

It is a beautiful facility. Check in was easy and quick. Everything looked extremely neat and clean. This is very close to a number of restaurants and bars (in addition to the one on site) It is convenient to downtown and the Parole Town Center.

I understand the reasoning for the refillable soap, shampoo and conditioner bottles in the bathroom to cut down on plastic and that is a great idea, but I just don't see how it can be sanitary at all....especially the soap in the shower. The bed was a little softer than I like, but it was OK.
