Friendly and helpful staff, beautiful location and town. Had a great stay.

The parking was confusing, expensive, and outdoors. The room was a bit cramped, plus: am continually amazed when a pricey and beautiful hotel cannot provide a cup of free coffee in the lobby.

Location is ideal. Staff are polite and professional

The facility is showing wear and tear. Bar / restaurant area was not 4 star level. Sticky table tops. Damaged furniture etc. No free breakfast ?? For an $500 one night stay I expected much more

Lovely greeting by front desk attendant- helpful and informative, and welcoming. Lots of local insights. Lovely decor, great location, clean and modern. Very comfortable sheets and the bathroom felt new and clean. Loved the trivia night in the evening and the restaurant was great.

Wish we had a real window, not just to the ballroom atrium. Couldn’t tell whether it was morning without real light coming in. Wish staff in the cafe was more pleasant in the mornings. One of the ladies in the cafe was genuinely inhospitable and we actively looked for another place to eat breakfast afer the first morning because of it. Otherwise would have been a perfect stay, but we will be returning nonetheless.

The decor was fantastic. The room keys were fun.

I called ahead to say I wouldn’t be getting there until early in the morning due to flight delays, to which the Front Desk said fine… And then canceled my reservation and charged me that night anyway. It took about 20 minutes to get it reinstated since I was there for another couple of nights. If I hadn’t called, I would understand that since many hotels do that, but I did call. Also, it would be terrific if they had laundry facilities!!

Its theme Navy. The valet service was nice Everyone at front desk was friendly.

No ventilation in bathroom. Room 325 No inexpensive drinks available after hours. There were some small cups for water in lobby. Not sure how I was supposed to carry enough of them to my room for the evening No tea bags. Just coffee. I don’t drink coffee We were told Sunday brunch was 9-1. They did not open until 9:45. That was very disappointing.

The property is fantastic…no issues. The issue is booking.com. My flight was cancelled so the first night of my reservation was unused. The hotel was happy to credit me and really understood but they could not do anything since I booked third party. I have tried to get my money from booking.com but they are impossible to even reach! Booking.com scammed me of $350.00. I Will never book through them again. This is the second time I have had this issue. Be warned. Call the hotel yourself - prices usually same or similar.

The staff at The Graduate are amazing! From the valet to the front desk staff to housekeeping, all went above and beyond expectations. The location was great and close to shops restaurants and campus.

The pullout bed in our room for our daughters was very small and twin sized. We had no extra linens for the pull out bed and we had to call housekeeping twice because the first set of sheets and blankets had major stains and no comforter. The second time they arrived the comforter had large holes in them but made due since it was later at night and they were at least clean.

Styling of the building is very nice, staff was nice. Rooms looked good.

Self-parking cost 60$ for 2 days, and all the covered spots were reserved for valet/monthly so I had to walk in pouring rain to get to my car.. The AC in the room also seemed to incorrectly measure temp and turned off intermittently, spiking the temp at night. Had to turn it off to be able to sleep

The location, staff and room were all excellent. The only downside was that I had a jeep with a rooftop tent that I was driving and the directions that I received on where to park it because it could not go down. The normal entrance was a little convoluted.

In the bathroom of the room that I stayed, there was a painting of a military man who stared directly at me, while I use the restroom, which was perplexing and uncomfortable, to say the least. Other than that everything about the room was excellent.

Location in the town very central. Rooms and decorations very great. Breakfast even if not included very good. Clean

The Welcome of the staff the first day could have been more smiling. The clarity about the parking is awful = Resulting in 12$ for 15 min....just to bring in the room our stuff. This hotel is a place for wedding.They stop the music at 10:30PM. To be honest, if I have not paid 390$ the night, it could have been ok but we went back in the room before, it was simple = impossible to speak. They should have taken it into account as we were there for 2 nights. At this price, breakfast is not included...you have to add around 20$ per person to have something.
