At first glance, the room was really clean and the beds really comfortable. I liked that you could turn off the AC if you'd like. Moreover, it had a little sitting area with a couch and an office desk which we really enjoyed for playing games and writing postcards. In addition, I really enjoyed the breakfast.

Our bathroom door didn't have a lock; there was a huge hole where the lock should've been. So the others could see you through the door when you were using the toilet. Additionally, upon checking out, we discovered cat/dog feces next to the lamp, which we hadn't noticed when we checked in.

The location was AWESOME. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. Freedman went out of his way to make our pool/spa experience wonderful. Management opened the pool just for us.They gave such wonderful personal service. I can't thank them enough.

The food was fair, very few options. They charge $9.50 a night for parking. I do not consider them a resort! They charge ridiculous prices for the water - $5 for a small bottle, $6 for a medium size and $7 for a large bottle of water. We got water at a nearby market for $1!

The room was clean and comfortable and breakfast was plentiful.

The whole of my reasoning for visiting was a one day get away to spend time in the hot tub (whirl pool) and unfortunately the hot tub only had one working jet. When I told the staff member about it, he showed signs he was listening, but apparently the issue was not resolved by the next morning. Additionally, there was a fee for parking which I found ridiculous and there's a $20 charge to by card for "incidentals" which still has not been returned to my card.

I especially enjoyed the clean and warm atmosphere. The temp outside right now is in the low teens with the wind chill, so this was very nice. I must also acknowledge the General Manager, I met her in the corridor on my way to the front desk to extend my stay. All of the other staff seem to all step up to the hospitality mode, which i am certain GM Alexandra played a role in their development. She is truly a great leader! Since writing this, I have extended my stay for another 4 nights 😀

Loved the location and the suite, but disliked how the staff double charged me after I paid on here and then showed up for check in and they couldn't find it first then tried to give me someone else's name. And then finally told me it was a security deposit but turns out she charged me the room rate. Disappointed in that and took my daughter's birthday dinner from her but other than that it was nice!

Being double charged for a room I had paid in full already.

Breakfast is great, only wish it stayed open until 10:00am. Most of us on vacation don't get up as early as those who are there for work. Size of room. Fantastic staff. Amy rocks....

Sewage smell by side door at night near kitchen. They charge for parking now. Only because of management greed, not because Marriott is charging this. When you stay for 12 days, it adds up when they really don't need to charge it. It's why I stay there. They don't have frivolous charges until now.

The room size was perfect and the extra bed inside made it more than perfect . And when it comes to the SPA and the indoor pool the whole family love it very much. The staff were very professionally dressed and so helpful . Even the manager came out to greet us with nice and a warm voice as we requested to meet her . Our family ranked SpringHillSuites as the best in the area for we have stayed in others places in the same area, but their surpassed them all👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽

The Front Desk staff are professional and courteous. The room was spotless.

You have to pay $9.50 for parking. I stayed at the hotel many times over the years and the pay to park is a recent addition, and a flagrant type of charging the consumer to increase corporate profits. I am a Gold Marriott member but find this usurous practice of Pay to Park outrageous. This travesty will compel me to see other accommodations during my several trips to Annapolis area each year.

It was very good. There was plenty to choose from, clean. and comfortable. The table are nicely wiped off after each sitting. Everyone in the breakfast section area was very friendly and helpful. I liked that it was near the elevators. Excellent coffee!!!!!!

I honestly canno0t th9ink of one thing that would make any improvements. Everything was really terrific!

This place just had a complete remodel, everything is nice and fresh. When you enter the room there is a entry/sitting area where you can unload all your stuff. A couch, a desk, a counter area with coffee maker and mini fridge. Just past the sitting area is the bedroom area and a large bathroom is to the side. The bathroom was spotless with a nice walk in shower, separate vanity area. The size of the room is above average. Breakfast bar is very nice. Scrambled eggs, turkey sausage, veggie sausages, boiled eggs, bread toasters with various breads and muffins, bagels, milk and different kinds of cereal, fruit, fresh coffee, tea, orange juice, apple juice, pretty much everything you could possibly want for a nice day starter. This is a fantastic value for the price.

There was nothing I didn't like.
