Very clean, smells fresh, valet staff was super helpful with walking directions as we headed out to explore each day

I had a huge problem with WiFi! My husband connected with his Marriott Bonvoy number, we sought help twice for my phone, but still had no connectivity at all! Was a problem as some of our reservations were on my phone. Inside the hotel I couldn’t even send a simple text! Very frustrating

The food was good, restaurant and bar was nice, music and band was enjoyable the hotel was clean and comfortable. The location was great staff was very friendly and very nice

The location was great the parking was horrible and cost of parking all on hotel guests. I feel with the price of the stay, there should be some sort of a parking discount and Wi-Fi should be included since there is no Wi-Fi or phone service in the hotel

Loved the room layout and decor, the bed and bedding were very comfortable, and the shower was exceptional, and the towels were perfect. The hotel is undergoing renovations. Because of this, the breakfast sitting area was on the other side of the hotel from the kitchen. This caused a delay in receiving our food. However, the servers were kind and attentive, and the food was hot and exceptional. The staff were friendly and helpful. The pool, gym, and associated restrooms were also well appointed. One of my favorite things was how luxurious the entire Hotel smelled. It was a wonderful experience!

1) Having to pay $10+ daily for wifi. This is ridiculous, especially since free wifi is the standard nowadays 2) The lighting around the vanity mirror in the bathroom made it very difficult to see makeup applications.

Awesome room and location. The shuttle was very nice. Place was quiet and clean.

Staff ignored me for a while - no one helped with luggages, front desk did not even acknowledge me standing there waiting for 10 minutes while helping someone unload a cart, leaving me unsure if anyone was manning the front desk at all - I get it, but a "I'm helping with this unloading will be with you when I'm done" would have been nice.

The lobby and the restaurant, the quality of the food, the location and the access to the free transportation.

The room was small. The bathroom door creaked ( it needed oil in the hinges). The air conditioner went from very cold to hot. We were constantly getting off the sheets and covering our bodies.

Parking was really easy and convenient. The pool and hot tub were clean and comfortable. Gym facilities were robust and liked it was available 24 hours. Staff was friendly and room service prompt.

The hotel is under renovations. Due to the construction some amenities were limited.

Garage configuration and new parking mobile app. No rates posted. Complicated directions. Does everyone carry a cell phone with them? Maybe so..................

Delicious, good selection. I thought it was odd that the credit for breakfast was only for two people and we were a party of three.

Perfect for USNA Graduation! You can walk to the field and avoid HOURS of sitting in traffic!

The food options nearby are limited. A snack basket promo offer with the room would be great with a small leaflet or QR code for quick meals would be awesome!

Has a great location. A short walk from many shops and restaurants.

There was a bit of a mix up with my booking BUT the wonderful Katie at the front desk resolved everything completely! Katie was incredibly professional, helpful and friendly.
