Super staff,great breakfast,delicious cookies and free shuttle service.

Breakfast is very confusing.is it included or not???? First morning we received a call after breakfast saying we needed to settle our bill when we had confirmed with reception that it was included then my wife had tea which apparently wasn’t included in the breakfast deal. Second morning we were told we had to pay for my daughter’s breakfast then told at reception that all our breakfasts were included.very complicated system needs simplifying please !!!

I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of this room given the cost. The (queen) beds were comfortable and the bathroom was clean and the shower worked well. The hotel was very conveniently located for an easy exit and return to US Route 50. The bar service and bar food were both very good. The personalized welcome by SMS from a specific person (named) at the Reception Desk was a very nice touch.

Although tasty complimentary coffee was available in the morning, no breakfast was included in the booking. Comparing the cost of booking to that of similar hotels that offered breakfast during my holiday, it seems a breakfast -- if only a small continental one (breads, etc) -- could have been included.

Staff were most friendly, responsive and great overall, which includes front desk, restaurant, and the van driver. Rooms were spacious and exceptionally clean. Also, parking space was plentiful and van service was provided within 5-mile radius, which I took advantage of, a great convenience. Lunch was most tasty and reasonably priced and morning buffet provided many offerings, enough to satisfy anyone.

Rooms are getting a little aged and also could use additional safety bars for entering/ exiting the bath tub.

Breakfast buffet was good idea & tasty scrambled egg. The shuttle is a plus, fabulous wonderful addition touch & very convinient. Location is close enough to the waterfront main strip so we will consider this hotel again if we don't stay right at waterfront area. Thank you.

My husband and I ate at the hotel restaurant-Ports of Call one evening during our stay and also ordered room service. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating and I would like to give a special acknowledgement to our waiter Roger as he was exceptionally helpful, always with a smile on his face even when it appeared the restaurant may have been short staffed. If we had stayed longer we would've eaten there another night just because of Roger's excellence and making the atmosphere inviting. Thank you!

The cost of the pantry items and lack of complimentary coffee in the pantry

The room was nice and clean. The check in staff was excellent! I arrived early to the hotel and asked if I could check in early. They didnt have anything at the moment available but they text me shortly after to let me know when the room was ready.

Housekeeping knocked on the door at 7 or 8am to wake me up saying that they thought I had checked out. They did the same thing again around 11am. It was aggravating as each time they tried to come in the room. It felt like they were rushing me out of the room when check out is before 12.

Very clean room and very comfortable beds. Front desk staff were friendly and accommodating.

Even though rooms were designated as non-smoking, the first room we were assigned to smelled of smoke. The front desk moved us to another room. The bathroom had no ventilation fan. The exit door had a sign stating it would be locked for our safety but it wasn't locked and anyone could walk into the corridor outside of our room from the parking lot. This made us feel unsafe.

The free shuttle they have that will take you anywhere within 5 miles was great. We stayed here for a wedding and they were able to take us plus other guests over to the venue and pick us up! This wasn’t a block of rooms the bride and groom blocked off we just decided to stay here so this was great.

Easy, free parking. Very comfortable beds. Most staff were very polite. The food from the restaurant was delicious. We didn't use it, but the pool looked very nice and was quite large.

We were given restaurant menus in the room to order room service, but when we did, after a wait on the phone, the kitchen staff replied that they didn't have anyone to run room service. That was one of the reasons we booked at a hotel with a restaurant. Fortunately, after calling the front desk, the agent said she would run the food herself. It was very nice of her and the food was delicious. When we ate at the restaurant, there was no one to seat us, so we waited a long time. The bartender had to serve us. They seemed a bit short-staffed in the restaurant. We also prefer having a microwave in the room so we can re-heat leftovers. Fortunately we found the microwave at the end of the hallway.

the hotel was well located, and the cookie was (as always) terrific. Room was large, quiet, and clean.

The bed was very, very, 'firm'. I have a firm mattress at home (with a pillow top), but this mattress caused me to wake up with a back ache, and I woke up feeling my bones when I rolled over in my sleep. Bathroom was a little small, and the lighting was terrible. Buy some LED light bulbs / fixtures and brighten up the bathroom at least.
