Staff and location are excellent, as is the ease of checking in, etc. Breakfeast adaquet. Should have fresh squeeze oj. Would be nice to have WSJ or NYT on site. Bathrooms are outstanding and we enjoy to atmosphere of the property. Would recommend to anyone. We will be back!

The included breakfast prepared in a neighboring property arrived lukewarm. Broken wooden toilet seat was unexpected especially for the price of the hotel.

Beautifully restored old home. Perfect location to downtown shopping and eating! so very clean and every detail in the room completely thought out! PLUS private chef on the premises served amazing breakfast! Delish!!! staff so very accommodating!!! I’d go back in a heartbeat!!!!

134 Prince is a special place. We loved staying there for 5 nights during the fall Sailboat show, which is located one block away. Super conveniently located for the show, but also it's right in the middle of the beautiful historical district, by the water. The hotel is a gorgeously renovated 170+ year old house, with lots of beautiful original details. We stayed in the Regatta suit which is on the top floor at the front of the house. Nicely furnished and very a pretty bathroom with a huge marble shower. The only thing we missed were more hooks or towel racks around the zink. Very nice toiletries from Hermés and the towels are so plush and soft, I ordered a set from the same brand for my home, before we even checked out. It can be noisy from the streets outside, people going home from the bars in the area, but the noise machine on the bed side table helped with that issue on the weekend. Bed is super comfortable and the bedding is very nice. Staff is extremely helpful, competent and nice. We loved the breakfasts Miguel custom-made for us (we are vegetarians) and the Nespresso machine in the front parlor was perfect to be able to use in the afternoons. In the front parlor there is also a cabinet with a nice selection of whiskeys and port for guests' complimentary use. A very nice touch! We will be sure to stay here again if we travel back to Annapolis again. Thank you!

Kind and welcoming staff that went above and beyond to care for my daughter and I during a lacrosse tournament at the Naval Academy. Perfect location, impeccably clean with many features such as coffee & night cap areas in the parlor; hot breakfast by Miguel in the lovely kitchen, easy access to rooms with code/keypads, beyond comfortable beds, high-end fixtures in bathroom, and just an overall sense of home. It was like staying at your best friend’s house.

Absolutely charming and elegant hotel. Friendly and welcoming staff. Rooms were immaculate and stylish. Location is convenient to a walking downtown, shops, restaurants.

The entire experience was delightful. From the staff, location, wine, through to the yummy chef prepared breakfast, we could not have been more satisfied.
