The spa suite. The pool.

I think the breakfast should be free. The incidentle fee being charded every night is unreasonable, only because I do not get the money back as fast as they take the money. I have to wait and I do not like waiting on a tight budget. The television in the living room did not work. I call service, no one ever came to fix it.

I've gone to this hotel for 2 years in a row now for the local Renaissance Faire, and I can always rest assured that I will have comfortable accommodations a convenient distance away. Ride sharing options are plentiful, staff are always extremely kind, and the king rooms are very spacious.

This year, they have started to charge for parking, which is ridiculous. I am unsure how it is even enforced, because you pay through a third party app in their private parking lot. A friend of mine forgot to pay for her parking with zero repercussions, which, more power to her, but it makes me feel like the location is just wringing money out of their customers for zero reason. They claim parking is $8, but with fees it adds up to being $10 a day. Just be aware if you were like me, a repeat customer who was expecting to park their car for free.

The beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean.

The main part of the hotel could use a little more cleaning, such as the hallways and elevator. The people at the desk could have been more friendly. You would have to repeat a question, as if they weren't listening to you. They almost made you feel as if you were bothering them, or not worth their attention.

Location, Price and overall look of the hotel. Did not get a chance to visit pool or gym. staff was pleasant. no real issues, would stay again. price and location was great. hotel seemed quiet which i loved.

waited to speak to someone/checkin for more than 5 minutes. another guest mentioned they do that a lot but they were pleasant to speak with. not too big of a deal to me

The staff was very accommodating with our room check in times.. we were on a tight schedule with a rehearsal dinner on Friday and wedding on Saturday. We actually had time to relax before both events thanks to your staff..

What happened to the days of a free breakfast included with the cost of a stay?! The front desk staff were amazing especially the staff who were there when we arrived the afternoon of July 21. The woman at the front desk when we checked in was super friendly and very welcoming. When we said we were in search of coffee she recommended a cafe across the street which ended up being fabulous. So good that we went back to the cafe the next day for breakfast —which was incredible. We were happy to be able to tell her before we checked out that her recommendation was great.

More coffee and creamers in the room. Some of us need more than one coffee in the morning or want another later in the day. I drink my coffee black but my husband uses several creamers in his. More creamers and coffee pods would be great.

The night time clerk Kevin and the lady in the morning were very helpful

I was charged twice and when I brought it to the first clerks attention I was told that it was just in case of damages.

The Front desk receptionist was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and contained all the necessary items. however, my husband said the bed was not comfortable. Since we were participating in the Naval Academy graduation festivities, it would have been helpful to have a hotel shuttle to take us into Annapolis. As it was, we had to spend quite a bit on cabs to take us and bring us back to the hotel at night, as well as to and from the airport.

As it was, we had to spend quite a bit of money on cab fare to go to and from the events as well as to and from the airport.

The location for the hotel,and when I walked inside how it was set up. Beautiful. The hotel hostess were very nice. The rooms were very clean and nice,right down to the front door of the rooms. I even liked them. The pool was open that was a plus too.

There wasn't anything that I could think of wrong. But there is one thing I would like to see changed. On Sunday if they could have the hotel restaurant open. Everyone ,once you get there may not want to go out to get dinner. That's the only thing I would like to see become available.
