Location was great. Quiet and has pretty landscaping. I liked having two separate bedrooms and bathrooms. Kitchen is set up for easy access to everyting you need to cook and clean up. Breakfast was pretty good.

The room had an ant problem. We bought ant traps and the stream had slowed, by the time of checkout. The room had an old sweat smell. I think carpets do not get shampooed often enough. Corners and crevicies need deep clean. If housekeeping is not regular, extra paper towels, toilet paper, and trash bags should be stored within the unit. I would recommend non-stick pots and pans - more than one of each. One bedroom was dusty. One toilet didn't flush well.

I liked that the suite had two private bedrooms. The unit was roomy and cozy, at the same time. I love that it has a fireplace, even though it's too warm outside to enjoy a real fire! Breakfast is just "ok". Pancakes were rubberty.

While clean, I feel as if the rooms need a deep clean - scrubbed corners and tubs, shampooed carpets (the room, sort of smelled like old sweat:, and toiletries should be filled. We had to ask for extra toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags. Bedding appears older and dingy. Closet sliding doors are a bit stiff and one is missing, altogether.

Staff were friendly and efficient. Rooms were clean, we got extra pillows and towels when we requested them. Breakfast had variety and abundance. Pool was well maintained. Parking was easy.

All our rooms had different sizes of dishes, cups, silverware and cooking pots. We had to piece meal what we needed together from our different rooms to make dinner our first night. (ie: I had a soup pot in my room, but downstairs they had a sautee pan). Our group also had many wake up with dry scratchy throats. Not sure if it was just the AC causing dry air, or rooms needed an air filter change.

Everything was excellent, except paid parking. Our previous lodging at the facility came with free parking.

Paid parking for the three nights we spent there was the the main distraction. Apart from that, the place was clean, the pool was well kept, the breakfast was delicious, the various beverages were very tasteful, and staff members were friendly, accomodating and rsponsive. It's a great place to cool off. With all the additional booking taxes, wouldn't it be more appealing to suspend the paid parking or make it one payment for the duration of stay at the hotel?

The location. The size of the room. The kitchen. The large mirrors in the bathroom. The bed was very comfortable.

They lied about having tacos on the breakfast bar. There isn’t any and when we asked about it the lady attending the buffet looked at us with an awful look. The blanket that was in the closet was dirty. The carpet in the room felt as if it had fleas because something kept biting the bottom parts of our legs. I was not told about a parking fee til I got to the room.

Breakfast was excellent, with several hot and cold choices each morning. The entire staff -- especially the front desk -- were wonderful, warm and caring people. The rooms were very large, spacious and well set up. I felt very safe and secure there, which is great for a woman traveling alone. The grounds were stunning, and the location, for my purposes -- 90th birthday party for a friend -- could not have been better! This Sonesta was superb!

Nothing at all to dislike!

The breakfast had variety and tasty. Liked the variety of drinks. When we returned one night late there was not a parking spot. The security guard made us feel safe and gave us his parking spot and made sure we made it safe to our room

The last day we had someone in the room above us with loud footsteps and the floor creaked

The staff at check in were great. We first stopped just to check it out to see if we wanted to stay there (had a room booked at another Inn that was terrible so we were looking to find something else) and Moe was very helpful and kind. She took the time to answer our questions and even showed us a room. Check in was with Jasmine and she was great also. The room was clean and spacious. The breakfast included had several options. We enjoyed coffee on the very comfortable outside furniture

There was absolutely nothing we disliked about the property.

This was the nicest, most attractive hotel suite we've ever seen. It was like a 2 bedroom modern apartment. The breakfast the next morning was very good. I would recommend this chain to anyone. I joined the Sonesta Club.

needs More parking. couldn't park near room. And I didn't likenot getting a senior discount. But that was bookings.com's fault,not Sonesta.

The bed was very comfortable and the room had all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The gym was useful. The location is great with Annapolis town center a short walk and the old town a short drive away.

Breakfasts could be better. Apartments are only cleaned once a week.
