Nice property, friendly staff. Overall it was a good stay, though there are two comments. First, somewhere I saw it written that they offer a continental breakfast, this is not true at the moment. Also, the security light that is right outside the window, it is so bright that it is brighter than when the sun is shining directly on the window. So if you need total darkness to sleep well like we do, you might find this to be an issue. Maybe the hotel can invest in blackout curtains or bigger curtains. It was still a good stay.

The woman at the front desk was extremal friendly! The place itself was in a prime location. The room was normal, but clean. No shampoo /soap in bathroom, Also would suggest a coffee pot in room. Each time I went to the office to get coffee it was gone & had to be made.

Smoking rooms should have more ventilation and/or a window that opens and why not put hooks on the bathroom door (inside and out) so we have a place to hang wet towels and/or robes.

This motel/hotel far exceeded our expectations. Based on the negative reviews we were very much surprised. The room was recently remodeled and well-appointed (mini-fridge, microwave). It was spacious, clean, and comfortable -- even had high ceilings that made it rather expansive feeling. The bed linens were clean (and believe me I inspected very closely). Travelers need to remember this is not a 5 star hotel and they should stop expecting 5 star amenities. But, for the low scores and reviews, this really is a little hidden gem. The front desk staff were polite and helpful (promptly providing extra pillows, etc.). Our room was nowhere near other guests and we never heard any noise whatsoever. It felt as if we were the only ones in the establishment although based on vehicles and such, it was clear we were not alone. I would 100% return and ask for the exact same room. The rate was absolutely on point with the quality.

*There was a place for a safe, but no safe. Although we did not need one, just an observation. *Shampoo/Conditioner/Lotion, etc. were not provided. *The curtains did not close all the way, leaving a gap for some light -- I usually bring a large clip for situations such as these (because I like the dark) but I forgot mine. This is not a bad reflection on the establishment, just something to note for the future.

The room was clean and comfortable. They had a nice fridge that worked well and microwave. Some of the guest were loud. But all in all it was very pleasant

I didn't like the very bright light out our windows even with the curtains closed the room was very bright. Also I always had warm to hot water coming from the sink could never get it cold.

The location was excellent, right off the highway and close to so many restaurants. Next to the beach as well. I was asked if it was my first time visiting and I responded with yes that it was my first time visiting. The kind lady in the front proceeded with giving me a map to the state and to a couple of activities to do around. Excellent experience

I wouldn’t change a thing, the staff was amazing and very friendly. They explained to me the charges and walked me through the whole process.

I was happy with the room. Exactly as pictured and easy to get to my room. We didn't try the breakfast.

When we arrived I was ask for my credit card and was informed it was so they could charge if I left the room a mess. I can understand that as I paid online. But when I returned the keycard the next morning the attendant ask if I would wait while she went and checked the room before I left. Everything was fine but didn't appreciate waiting.

Room was clean. Beds were comfortable. Room was HUGE! Quiet.

Bathroom was WAY TOO small/ tight. You could take some of the room space and make bathroom bigger. Pillows were too soft, lumpy.

No breakfast available. Room was clean and comfortable. Woujld stay there again. Was only in the room for 10 hours after football game.

The price and size of the room

During the night there were noises that sounded like someone was trying to get in the door, my husband checked but nobody was there, also noises coming from the ceiling, it wasn’t very often but did happen most nights, it appears they’re renovating so that may have been what caused it

I wasn't looking for fancy, just affordable and a nice enough place to stay while in town. I got what I was looking for. It was quiet and I appreciated that no one knocked on my door, as well as the call to check on whether I needed my room serviced, which I didn't. It was also close enough to downtown.
