Breakfast was Great ! The surrounding atmosphere was fantastic specially the Marina, Bar was great too ! the lady was friendly and after dinner the first day, she even provided us Silver ware, to use with our leftovers in the room. !

When we checked in, we were originally assigned a room on the first floor, I wasn't too happy and requested a higher floor, although I had confirmed booking for a Junior King Suite, the Lady at the Desk said there are no King suites available, but offered a Queen Suite instead, we said OK since we didn't have a Choice.

We celebrated my birthday and our anniversary at Kent Island. Mostly, everything was great. Staff was polite and friendly. However, Kelly was extremely helpful, and her personality is extraordinary. She's a real asset to Hilton Gardens. We will return.

Complimentary breakfast could have been better. Mattress on the beds were very lumpy.

We loved the Junior Suite for our family of 4 because it had doors that separated the room. So they had their own little "apartment". The view was lovely and our room was right at the end, so every window we looked out had a view of the bay. We were able to walk to dinner at the Jetty nearby and the food was great there too.

The room was good for accommodating a family of 5 letting us to need 1 room instead of 2.

Didn't realize it was next to restaurants playing music. Even though there were walls, you could still get the low volume beat in the room.

The hallways and rooms were exceptionally clean and neat. I enjoyed looking at the art work and beautiful colors of the walls throughout the hotel. It felt very much like home! The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was immaculate.

Nothing. Everything was wonderful.

Didn't pay extra to eat breakfast at the hotel, but thanks for the coffee in the room. The location was lovely.

The handicap rooms should ALWAYS be located on the main floor in case of fire. Because my husband is in a wheel chair, the fact that we could only get a room on an upper floor, even after requesting 1st floor well in advance, presents a huge safety risk and concern for us. Our 5th floor accessible room was lovely, clean and had a great view, but there was no way down other than the elevator....which can't be used in a fire! Not being able to use the pool was disappointing as well. Evidently it had been out of commission all summer. Breakfast should be included in the price, not extra.

Location was excellent. Room was very spacious. Also, everything was very clean. We had a great view of the bay and were very pleased. Lots of great restaurant choices and it was nice to be able to hear the band from our balcony.

At check in one of the older male concierge's was pretty rude and confrontational about bringing our little service dog. He is a legitimate ESA and I have no problem paying extra for him. All the hotels we have ever stayed in do not charge for him so when I asked what the policy and presented the ID the male concierge was very short with me and said "That is a pet, not a service animal you will have to pay for it!". Again, I have no problem paying but suggest that gentleman might try to speak more kindly to your customers and not be so rude.

The restaurant was a little disorganized with one Server, & waited too long for coffee to be filled up we felt the lady was finding hard to cope up with the People waiting to be served.

Liked the hotel in general & the amenities, lobby, helpful staff, location on the water & close proximity to restaurants

Our room seemed very humid. Desk person came to make an adjustment---a bit better.

Would have liked to see front desk staff wearing the same jackets or tops---more professional than various street clothes.
