Clean, close to Main Street, classy, great view, beautiful accommodations,easy access to restaurants and water taxi. Love the pictures of historic Annapolis

Only one elevator working

The location is perfect. Walking distance to so many restaurants, shops, and points of interest. Room amenities are excellent. Helpful and friendly staff.

Parking is pay /valet service only. No breakfast provided. Hallway temperatures were around 80 degrees. Shower water temperature fluctuates often.

The location is great.

The room temperature would not get cooler than 72. It was super hot and very stuffy. There’s also no air circulation in the bathroom.  When we were there only one elevator was working. that was a super pain because they were so busy.

Shower door handle back was missing knob, and sucked that restaurant bar and food services were closed for renovations

lovely hotel with well appointed rooms in great waterfront location close to Main Street

description on booking.com is wrong. I booked a room that said it had one king and one full bed - but it’s really only one king and it’s too late to change once the hotel sends the check in confirmation. luckily when I arrived, they were able to switch me to a room with two beds. THANKS! also, parking is $30+ dollars and there’s no mention of the cost on booking.com even in the fine print that I could find. restaurant at hotel is a lot of fun too but pricey for mediocre entrees, go for drinks, apps, good soups!

The staff was very accomodating from the time we approached the valet to the check in process with Rene. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. We could not have asked for a better experience. Thank you for making my husband's birthday very special! We will be back!!!

Location was exceptional! Staff and rooms were very nice.

View was ok. Pillows were very tall! Our necks were extremely stiff the next morning.

we were placed in a handicap room and we did not request and are not handicapped. The shower water constantly flowed out of shower into bathroom.

Paul at front desk was very helpful.

I could not find in room dining menu for breakfast. It was not on Pusser’s website. It was inconvenient. I checked out early and went out for breakfast.
