The suite room was spacious enough with the living area and bedroom (the sofa couches were comfortable to just sit back, rest, and watch tv). The breakfast was also great (especially with the waffle maker). Lots of parking spaces also made it helpful to travel back and forth from the hotel. The hotel concierge was super friendly, and although I never took any, I always saw cookies available to take when leaving and coming back to the hotel.

The following are just some small nit-picky items: The bed, itself was slightly firmer than expected and the pillows were very much soft and felt like they lacked volume or firmness. However, overall, the bedroom was comfortable to sleep in and we still got a good night's sleep. The bathroom seemed pretty tight when compared to the rest of the suite - to be able to move around the bathroom, you would have to close the door to allow yourself the space to use it.

Although this property could use some updating, the large king suite room was great, location is quiet, and there are many restaurants at the nearby mall. This hotel isn’t close to the downtown area, however, but it was easy to catch a ride share to get to the Naval Academy, harbor or historical downtown areas.

Unfortunately there was a major plumbing issue on our check out day, and the water had to be turned off for the entire hotel. As one can imagine, this caused quite an inconvenience as one couldn’t shower, wash up, brush teeth or even flush the toilet. Although it was an unforeseen circumstance, it would have been nice if the hotel would have offered some sort of discount on the stay due to this.

We liked the cleanliness of the Country Inn. We have just completed a more than 5 week cross country trip. This location was the cleanest of all the locations we stayed at. We had a suite and even felt comfortable sitting on the couch and chairs. No stains, no visible worn areas. The bedroom has a door separating it from the living area and that is helpful for early risers and late sleepers. The breakfast options were better than most. I enjoyed the steel-cut hot oatmeal with several choices of healthy toppings. Fresh fruit was always available. We stayed nine nights at this location.

The price was a little higher than we would of liked. Overall, the difference in price was worth the cleanliness and comfort. The next time we plan to stay in the Annapolis area we will stay at the Country Inn & Suites by Radisson.

This unassuming hotel has a very nice lobby (sort of like the living room of a country cabin, including books and magazines for guest use), has a very extensive American style breakfast buffet, and they give hot coffee with fresh baked cookies upon arrival. Really exceeded the usual standard hotel fare and we'll look to stay here again when in Annapolis. We got the single King bedroom (instead of two Queens) so had a suite (i.e., bedroom separate from the living room) for the cost of a room, which meant we could each watch our own TV/show. Also, there's a grocery store across the street in case you want to bring food to microwave.

The only thing I would have liked is if it were located within walking distance of downtown Annapolis, but for the price it was great.

The staff was very accommodating, polite, professional, and helpful. The room was spotless, spacious, and so cozy. Even the couch was so comfy to sleep on, I personally slept on it and slept like a baby. The pool and hot tub were amazing. Very clean, and the pool was even heated, which was great considering how cold the weather outside has been. And to top off a great stay, the breakfast was sooo yummy. Good variety of choices! I also really appreciated the easy contactless checkout, sending a text through the automated text message when you leave! The hotel location was great as well, so many stores and restaurants were all within walking distance, right across the street! We only stayed for 1 night, but we will DEFINITELY be back to stay again for a longer period of time. 200% satisfaction rating I would give 💙

1st I called early to beat the announced snowstorm coming, and asked if an early check-in was possible. She stated it was no reason to wait in a snowstorm till 3 pm if a room was available. Then I met the best front desk attendant, Ms . Kay (I utilize this chain hotel often 23x in travel, by far has been the best personality, and deserves recognition for her high customer service). She was professional, attentive, funny, and welcomed me with a clean accessible king suite and extra towels. Made sure I had restaurant flyers, warm cookies, and TV channel guide. The suite was immaculate kiddos to housekeeping, yes sprayed for insects, roll in shower was clean, and modern in design. This is 1 one of the rare Country Inn's that has a hot tub and heated pool. I will be back to stay at this facility again, in the near future. Upon checking out Ms.Kay was available to make sure the process was seamless and handed more fresh cookies. That's why I stay at Country Inn, the service is amazing

1 small issue, as a vegetarian was looking forward to breakfast, mostly consisting of eggs and potatoes, for me. I arrived at 830am and was told the potatoes would not be refilled. There were no other options besides eggs for me to eat.

King mini suite was clean, quiet, and very comfortable. We made use of the microwave and fridge. The bed was very comfy. Loved the little sitting room. The location was good for us as we were close enough to downtown Annapolis to drive there quickly but also fairly close to Crofton, which is where an event we were attending was.

Breakfast could have been a bit more varied, pool could have been open more hours. I would have liked fresh towels every day but I didn't ask so maybe I could have gotten them.

Family friendly! Full proper breakfast for my wife and I and the kids (cereal, waffle station, bagels, toast cooker, eggs sausage potatoes, juices, coffees, teas, waffle station!). Room was clean and comfortable and quiet. Staff was great, super friendly. Very quick check in and check out. Also they have a small indoor pool and jacuzzi, and a small workout room but I that’s just a few cardio equipment and a free weights

We were with a child and he had to sleep on a fold-out sofa in the main room, but this sofa is not at all intended for sleeping, it was super uncomfortable, all crooked. My husband had to change beds with the child, because we felt sorry for our child and his back. As a result, my husband also did not sleep all night and his back hurt all day. Make a comfortable place to sleep!

Booking.com was very disappointing in its customer service and meeting our needs. Have used Booking.com for years with satisfaction. This experience was horrible. Will not use Booking.com again. Hotel itself redeemed the experience. HIGHLY recommend hotel just not through Booking.com. Just now reserved hotel for upcoming trip through Expedia.
