Great location, comfortable bed, relaxing living room/den. A manager, Debo, was friendly and helpful.

Room was not serviced until we requested fresh towels. No drinking cups in bathroom. Disappointed with the light breakfast which was the same each day. Young adult was alone to handle the breakfast for five tables. Poor service. Charged $50/night for parking in addition to $400/night room charge.

Quiet, excellent service. A very nice place to stay. Very walkable neighborhood. Comfortable room. Mine had what amounted to s semi private entrance to the building which was nice.

It is an older building so sound travels through walls, hot water slow to warm up, but no major issues.

The location was perfect. The room was comfy and immaculate. Staff that we met were helpful and kind.

The bed was dreamy but the pillows fell flat. Parking was extremely tight, understandable in a city. But made it without damage, just had to get skinny to get in & out of the car.

Breakfast was excellent with a nice variety of dishes.

A little big larger bathroom. Entrance to house was very tight driving in and out. Very limited parking.

This is an outstanding hotel / Inn to spend the holidays. We loved it so much. Not only does the house provide beautiful rooms, very clean bathrooms and an outstanding dining room for breakfast, it is also run by such a special family that you feel home there. We enjoyed a luxury breakfast together with all the assistance one can offer. Anytime we come back to Annapolis, we would for sure stay there again.

The closets could provide a little more space.

Conveniently located to wedding venue and sights

Because it’s a quaint old building / inn , some of the windows weren’t closed up and with a cold snap and super windy , it made it very drafty.

The Flaghouse was two blocks from City Dock. Right across the street from Gate 1 of naval academy. Perfect spot for easy access to downtown Annapolis. The house wa wonderful and felt like it was ours! Lovely living rooms. Great front porch swings. Thomas our concierge was great!

Breakfast was lovely. Food was well prepared and the hostess was delightful. Dining area was nice, and coffee was available before and after breakfast in the sitting room.

Nadia was wonderful and the breakfast was amazing. The bed was super comfy and the room was lovely and quiet. The location is perfect!

The bedding was so comfortable. Convenient location to many Pluto eat and drink.

Parking is tight but would keep me from staying again.
