It is lovely and the spa is amazing.

There were very few guests but we were given a room with a roof covered with h&a conditioning units. When we booked we were assured we could use a gift card but when we checked out we were told that it was not accepted. I was told that I had been subverted by a look alike site on booking.com and that it’s not the first time they have seen it happen. I had no idea I had even booked through booking.com until I saw the receipt. This seems to be something that you would want to address to avoid disappointment and undue expense for your customers. I intend to contact booking.com as well.

The Market was convenient and the drink and food menu far exceeded my expectations . There were nice cozy places to sit and chat all around the hotel. I wish it wasn’t incredibly windy as I would’ve enjoyed sitting around the bonfire.I enjoy when accommodations, food and spa are all at the same location . The staff was very helpful and kind.

I was not happy with the central heating system. I was sweating bc the heat was cranking in all areas of the hotel. It was inescapable. We were also unable to fully control the temp beyond 68-72 degrees, in our room and it wasn’t as comfortable as I hoped. Next time I will bring my fan !

Everything is near perfect: location, accommodation, restaurant, facilities, and staff.

I have been charged for 2 small water bottles consumed in the room. I assumed that these were complementary as they were labelled with the Inn logo. There were other large bottles available (as well as other items) and clearly intended for purchase. It is common in many prime hotels all over the world for guests to be offered water as a welcome gesture, which is why I was confused. Of course, it is not a big deal, just a $10 nuisance.

The property was very clean, fresh and well maintained.

Front desk staff was tied up on phone while I was trying to check out. It happens - but probably could have placed caller on hold as the call lasted more than five minutes. Staff was sincerely apologetic.

Clean room, pleasant decor, comfortable bed and sheets. Friendly staff at reception. Lovely property grounds.

Walls/door a bit thin in the barn- so heard people in the hallways and people stepping around in the room above.

We left early the morning after our stay, so we couldn't take advantage of the breakfast offer. I loved how quaint it is, and off on its own, yet still has close access to restaurants and grocery stores. Quiet, peaceful, and relaxing, and several nearby beaches. A+

Honestly, there wasn't anything that I disliked; it was a wonderful stay. I wish it could have been a little longer, but that would be something that would have had to be changed by me, not the hotel.

The hotel exceeded my expectations. The grounds were beautiful and kept clean. The decor of the lobby was amazing. They have a market we're you can purchase gifts as well as food which was delicious. There restaurant Knoxie's Table was great. The staff there were so nice and understanding when we needed accommodations. Our room, the Queen Suite had a beautiful view and was so spacious. I would definitely recommend this resort.

There was nothing I disliked.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The property was very clean. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was spacious and the shower was excellent. We purchased a number of items in the gift shop.

Insufficient parking spaces for people with disabilities to use.

The location of the facility so close to a major highway; the absence of a sit down, full service breakfast and lunch restaurant (The Market isn’t such a place.) Construction near the Inn also detracted from the stay. They Inn offers no access to a marina for drinks nor dining.

Convenient location

Wish it had a better connection between the facility and marina. There wasn’t an inviting connection between the water and hotel. A path with signs inviting guests to enjoy the marina would be great
