The Market was convenient and the drink and food menu far exceeded my expectations . There were nice cozy places to sit and chat all around the hotel. I wish it wasn’t incredibly windy as I would’ve enjoyed sitting around the bonfire.I enjoy when accommodations, food and spa are all at the same location . The staff was very helpful and kind.

I was not happy with the central heating system. I was sweating bc the heat was cranking in all areas of the hotel. It was inescapable. We were also unable to fully control the temp beyond 68-72 degrees, in our room and it wasn’t as comfortable as I hoped. Next time I will bring my fan !

The property was very clean, fresh and well maintained.

Front desk staff was tied up on phone while I was trying to check out. It happens - but probably could have placed caller on hold as the call lasted more than five minutes. Staff was sincerely apologetic.

We left early the morning after our stay, so we couldn't take advantage of the breakfast offer. I loved how quaint it is, and off on its own, yet still has close access to restaurants and grocery stores. Quiet, peaceful, and relaxing, and several nearby beaches. A+

Honestly, there wasn't anything that I disliked; it was a wonderful stay. I wish it could have been a little longer, but that would be something that would have had to be changed by me, not the hotel.

The hotel exceeded my expectations. The grounds were beautiful and kept clean. The decor of the lobby was amazing. They have a market we're you can purchase gifts as well as food which was delicious. There restaurant Knoxie's Table was great. The staff there were so nice and understanding when we needed accommodations. Our room, the Queen Suite had a beautiful view and was so spacious. I would definitely recommend this resort.

There was nothing I disliked.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The property was very clean. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was spacious and the shower was excellent. We purchased a number of items in the gift shop.

Insufficient parking spaces for people with disabilities to use.

The location of the facility so close to a major highway; the absence of a sit down, full service breakfast and lunch restaurant (The Market isn’t such a place.) Construction near the Inn also detracted from the stay. They Inn offers no access to a marina for drinks nor dining.

Gorgeous and peaceful atmosphere- the pools were very relaxing and the seating was comfortable. The in-house restaurant, Knoxies, was delicious! The chef’s garden was incredible and we loved all of the seating areas around the property!

These are rather minor, but the housekeeping staff didn’t restock toilet paper or clean the room daily, the front of house staff wasn’t very helpful, & one of the pillow cases and the duvet cover had fresh spots/stains. We also thought it was unfortunate that we couldn’t order food/drink from the pool. We had also planned on getting a massage, but the Spa was closed during our entire 4 day/3night stay. We selected Garden View and we’re told we’d have a garden view, but instead we had the view of a roof and a road.

Convenient location

Wish it had a better connection between the facility and marina. There wasn’t an inviting connection between the water and hotel. A path with signs inviting guests to enjoy the marina would be great

Missed breakfast by 10 minutes, but lunch was very good; ample places to eat...

Kids behind counter (except for gal taking the orders) were chatting a bit too much though while a line was forming...

The shower took a bit to get use to. It was without a threshold and without the shower curtain totally pulled to the left; the shower water soaked the bath rug and under the sink
