Location was good for our travels. The layout, with doors to the outside from various areas of the hotel made it easy to get to and from the hotel.

Our vehicle was covered in spots from water sprayed at deconstruction next to the hotel, That was a parking space we paid $9 a day for use. Also an exhaust fan in the bath would be useful in such a small area.

It was clean, I liked the amenities that were offered and the location was great.

I felt itchy while laying in the bed. I didn’t know if it was the detergent that they used on the laundry, but I felt itchy and I got a few hives on my legs and arms.

Room was very clean with everything needed. Fitness center was clean and had great equipment with plenty of space to get your workout done. Bistro in the lobby with Starbucks coffee :))

A beautifully refurbished mid range hotel with large comfortable communal lounge area - also limited outdoor seating - great for families

I am always puzzled by TV playing in communal areas but without sound or subtitles - why is this?? It’s pointless

Well, whatever we asked for was pretty much provided in a reasonable time. With the pandemic causing staffing shortage, we understood that we would not have cleaning services. However, that did not matter, we like to clean our own room. We just asked for towels, trash liners, box of tissue and toilet tissues as we needed them. The location is very central to everything.

Elevator was slow and not enough handicap stalls in parking.

Check in was a mess. Booking.com screwed up the reservation name. Took A while for hotel staff to work it out. Not a good experience

Starbucks was nice in the hotel lobby but a bit expensive

The frig in the room was very tiny. If you are vacationing in the area and trying local meals you need a bigger frig for left overs.

This was a last minute booking due to total and long-term power and water outage at home as a result of a powerful storm. In addition, the state of MD was declared as under a state of emergency due to COVID. I was both very anxious about traveling on treacherous roads to a public hotel. The hotel check-in was friendly and clearly explained the cleaning/sanitizing procedures. The room seemed to have been well-cleaned, even though I did my own cleaning. There were several typical hotel room amenities missing but I thought that was smart. Staff very flexible: Front desk provided me toothbrush/toothpaste b/c I had hastily packed. Housekeeping flexible by leaving towels at door rather than coming in room. Most importantly, hotel was flexible in allowing me a later decision hour as to whether I was going to need to stay another night. This was very important to me because the power company kept sending several contradictory updates as to power restoration. I felt safe and well-treated.

Not great lighting in room. Market options limited/lots of sold-out items.

Everything was very clean, convenient, attractive, and the customer service was excellent.
