I enjoyed my stay. The staff was courteous and friendly, The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. I liked the fact that there was vinyl flooring rather than carpet. It is better for people with allergies and easier to keep clean.

I only eat breakfast one day out of my two day stay. There was a good variety but not much that I liked. That is just personal preference. The coffee was a little weak and the AC unit was extremely load. As with many hotels, you could hear guests in the next room and hallway noise.

I like everything, the room is clean, and the bed is comfortable and cozy. Housekeepers are very respectful and professional, and the receptionist is friendly and professional at all times. The breakfast is excellent. Staff at the kitchen are on top of their job very organized, friendly, and professional and also give help to the guests as needed. The pool is so clean. Great for pictures. The location is great. There are so many restaurants , banks, shopping centers, fast food, and gas stations around. My family came from France, I logged them there, and now they are planning to come back for two weeks' stay. Ms. Kia and her team are the best. I stayed in so many different hotels in the States. But this one is the best out of all. It's welcoming and family style. You will feel home. Also the food in the hotel restaurants is great and affordable. I will highly recommend this place..

The front desk attendant was very welcoming and responsive. The room was comfortable and clean. We were happy that breakfast was included. Parking was ample and well lit. The location is very convenient for those traveling through.

Breakfast was just okay. Buffet item room temp. And layout was disorganized. Hunt for things that would normally be closer to the bread and bagels….like butter. Butter was in the other side of the room. Table and chair setup was cramped and interfered with traffic flow at the buffet. Coffee was adequate. The breakfast experience paled in comparison to the Residence Inn we stayed at in Fredericksburg on the way down earlier in the month. I didn’t like the price. We paid $160 for a room typically worth no more than $125. But we were stuck. Bedding - what’s up with the tiny square pillows on the bed?

Staff was excellent, very attentive, courtesy, and professional. Very accommodating. Free breakfast was amazing. It's definitely my first choice of places to stay.

The smell of Marijuana in halls and elevators. But to be fair, this is a problem that plagues every hotel I have been in, and vaping it is impossible to control no matter what rules are put in place. Some people are just inconsiderate 😒

The staff was friendly, the hotel was clean and convenient for what we needed. The best part of the entire stay was eating dinner in the hotels restaurant and meeting the bar tender kathy. She was so polite and so good to use. She remembered our names and made a long day of sight seeing relaxed and fun at night just talking and sharing experiences of our different areas of where we lived. Wr will definitely recommend and be back to stay again soon.

I liked the professionalism of the staff as a whole (especially the staff at the front desk), I liked the way housekeeping worked hard and in a timely manner (with a smile). I honestly loved everything about this Hotel.

breakfast was average, quality of the waffles, cleanliness of the stations was not great, but to be fair it was very busy with guests and kids. liked the pool and the tables they had were convenient to eat lunch by pool. parking was convenient. ice machine in the hallway was helpful

rooms were clean, but floors could have been mopped better. The hallways had carpet and a smell like it was wet and not fully dried. towels were pretty basic, not the best quality.

This hotel was FABULOUS. It far exceeded my expectations. It looks exactly as the photos show. The woman at the counter was very friendly and checked me right in. They honored my request for a room on a higher floor, which I was very excited by. The bed was the comfiest bed I have ever slept in; and the pillows were absolutely wonderful. I've never felt this comfortable in a hotel in years. I didn't have breakfast at the property so I can't comment on that, but it did smell nice. Easy highway access, a few restaurants and a couple of gas stations nearby. The hotel is also just a 40 minute drive to Baltimore, 20 minutes from FedEx Field (which was QUITE convenient), and 30-40 minutes from DC. 100% would stay here again. If you're in the area and need a hotel, book here.

That I couldn't see my rental car from my room; I get a little paranoid as I usually travel alone and had a rental. There were no real side doors on the highway side of the hotel, so the car had to be parked in front of the entrance. My car was safe, so I'm not sure there was anything I didn't like!

The location close to major highways and the ease of getting there

They are pet friendly, yet there is no pet area to take your pet to relieve themselves. The one area they have there is a No Pet sign. I have a Service Dog and I had to take him to what little areas of grass there is in the parking lot.

Location to places for a meal and various shopping opportunities. Breakfast at the hotel was good.

Entrance to the hotel needs updating. Chairs in the lobby well used and unclean looking. At first sight in the entrance/front desk, immediately made us wonder about the overall cleanliness about the property.
