The front desk staff was great, but Ms. Shanissa especially who was superb as she was absolutely delightful, her presence, care for the customers, and just pleasant in general. Coffee, tea, hot chocolate, and mints are available in the lobby all the time; I love having the option to go down and get a ready cup of coffee at any time. Breakfast included every day with many options to choose from, a big plus! Location was great, close to the airport but not right at the airport. Eateries and shopping right across from the hotel. I happened to need the post office, and that wasn't far either. Seating area/living room when you first walk in the room with a kitchenette comprised of mini fridge, sink, coffee maker/coffee, and a microwave. I especially like to have the luxury of putting something in the fridge, reheat leftovers, make popcorn, and wash a cup at the kitchen sink rather than going into the bathroom. One downside is that there was no kitchen towel or paper towels, and there was no dish soap and sponge in the case you want to wash your own travel/coffee cup as I always have with me.

The beds were not great, and the pillows were too squishy. I woke up hurting every morning. One of the two beds was sinking in a bit more than the other; need newer beds. A gym and an indoor pool available...very cool, but the pool is so full of chlorine that I did not want to use it (I could smell it strong on people who used it). I came prepared with a bathing suit but ended up not wanting to go because of such a strong smell; it would dry out my skin beyond repair. This next thing isn't really a bad or totally negative thing, but something they should think about: I booked and paid for a room for three people, but there were only two sets of towels; I had to request for another set. Upside, it was given to me very quickly. Overall, I really liked this place and would go again.

I liked the set up of the room. There was separation between the bed and couch with a desk so I was able to work easily

The breakfast was the same everyday. A little variety would be nice

My stay was fine we enjoyed the pool and the gym. The room was a nice suite with extra room for my family.

The staff was kinda rude he came in th pool room and just stood there watching us my daughter didn’t feel comfortable after that. The breakfast wasn’t too great either. Also I didn’t like that u have to pay for parking.

I like the staff, they were very nice. I like the value for what we got, loved the area. No complaints

They were completely out of extra pillows for the 3 days I stayed there. It may have just been a busy weekend but I went up to the counter every morning and night and they said they were completely out.

The breakfast,was more on the cold side but it was ok, the location was great, it was close to lots of places to eat and very close to the casino which gave me something to do with my free time 😄

I didn't like the fact that I had to pay for parking, outside of that everything else was great 👍

Staff was really friendly. Breakfast was a nice selection. The hotel was really clean. The hotel is in a great location. Rear the mall and lots of choices to eat. I will recommend and return.

Good location, clean, good breakfast

We have to call front desk at 1am in the morning unable to sleep in the sinking bed room 538 door in the closet broken. Finally they transfer us to a decent room. Thanks to a very nice oriental front desk attendance . Ask the room attendance to refill the soap in the shower and never come back to do the job. Stay 2 days and never have a room turnover or clean.

It was a really cool vacation. The breakfast was good. The staff was nice. My room was perfect. Besides, my water didn’t get hot in the bath.

Breakfast was good, except non use of some appliances example toaster, bagels could not be toasted coffee and tea not working

Spacious rooms, clean , refrigerator could be bigger size, hot tub out of order.

Accurate check in...staff professional and friendly..room and bathroom clean...readiness to offer help and answer questions...The entire floor/hallways and elevators very clean and smelled so....
